Where did you end up staying>? Maybe they have a good deal for us. The did give us a good deal on Hilton Head, but that is quite a drive.

We may just end up staying in Jacksonville and visiting family =(

Holiday Inn..I think it was on 192 in Kissimee...Booked through Hotwire. I think we paid $59 a night.

OKW was nice, we stayed there in February 07. We enjoyed the laid back atmosphere. The main pool was great. Other than the pool we realy didnt do much else there. We did use the boat to DTD alot, and that was nice!

So OKW is close to SSR?

Sorry about that! It is my first pirate! I just happened to check the board and saw it was at 1498 so I took a shot - fired one across the bow if you will.

You can change the tag under your name at any time - just go to User CP and Edit Profile and change it to whatever you want.

I think it changes from "earning your ears" at 75 posts but as Kathy said you can change it yourself.

We stayed there one night last year- got on Priceline for $50.00 plus tax. It's right down 192. It's not Disney but it was great for the price.

My goodness, we have been a busy lot. Well looks like we have a few open slots at Cape May Cafe Saturday night if anyone is interested. For those who are new, we are planning to get together after the DIS meet for dinner at Cape May Cafe. I have ressies set for 25, but due to changes in plans, I now have 6 open seats. I am so busy with my new job, I may or may not get a chance to read each and every post. Plus the fact I thought we had 4 1/2 weeks to the cruise and I just realized it is 3 1/2.


As for the promenade - no reservation is necessary, just show. I would like to play a game with everyone, but I need little tidbit info on people. So if you guys want to play, just send me a little something about you or your family. An example is when I first moved to Nashville, I went grocery shopping with Porter Waggoner. Well kinda, he was buying cigarettes at the Kroger I was in.
