FE Game.

I will be more than happy to keep track of people wanting to participate in the 2nd wave of the game. I only request that you send me either a PM or an email stating you want to join. I am so busy with my new job, I may or may not get a chance to read each and every post. Plus the fact I thought we had 4 1/2 weeks to the cruise and I just realized it is 3 1/2.


As for the promenade - no reservation is necessary, just show. I would like to play a game with everyone, but I need little tidbit info on people. So if you guys want to play, just send me a little something about you or your family. An example is when I first moved to Nashville, I went grocery shopping with Porter Waggoner. Well kinda, he was buying cigarettes at the Kroger I was in.

If possible sign us up for FE on your extended list. My DW just sent a message but it may have been mis-addressed. As you might tell, she is excited about the cruise. She just returned in July from a Disney cruise as well.

You need to PM Robin (she is about 4 posts above this - click on her name and it will let you pm her). She can give you the info on the Fish Extenders and add you to the second round.

Hopefully you will get approved soon and can start posting under your own name.

Hello everyone.... Sounds like everyone had a big day.... Congrats on the new car....

Me I am just working a million hours of OT to save up money for this cruise and for the one that I am going on in January. I guess you have to work hard for what you want, but 10 hours extra a week is a lot. Oh well when I can do what I want on Vacation I won't even remember I had to work soooooo hard.

We have been DVC members since November 2005 and we love it. I was wondering what we might expect on this cruise as it will be the first members cruise. We don't get into Orlando until late on the 20th so I guess we will miss the pre-celebration festivities, but the Promenade Lounge is the place to be on the cruise after that? Holly - welcome to the DIS and to this cruise thread!

What can you expect? Lots of little extra touches from DVC. Some cute gifts, at least one special nighttime show, and lots of special guests.

If you go to the first post in this thread you'll find info on what the DIS group is doing. You'll also find a link to the group's website. There are two main pages. The main page has links to trip reports that Mark (my DH MarkRG) and I have done for all our past Member Cruises). The gallery page has listings of everyone from the group going who has sent my their info and pictures. Also listed is how to contact me if you want to send your families info in.

We hope you stick around and join in the fun and get to know everyone. One thing we've found over the years is that it is great sailing with fellow DISers. Seems every where you turn you'll find a friendly face and a smile!

Last, but not least, yes the Promenade Lounge on Sunday at 3pm is the place to meet your fellow DISers.

Another great day here in Maine. Today Nancy and I are heading out to spend the day with our middle son wife and our grand kids at a lake near Fryburg Me. at Pleasent MT. They are renting a cottage there and they want us to come up and visit do some fishing swimming and a fun day with our two youngest grand kids. We will catch you all later.

We have great friends that we met on previous Disney Cruises from Prince Albert, Saskatchewan. The sent me the Hoser Handbook and made me an honorary Canadian, eh!?! I have several tuques and Canadian Tire dollars.

It looks like my comapny has been sold. So Now I have to figure out how to copy a data base and creat a new company and get everything loaded in a new set of books- before Sept 1!!!!! Happy labor day to me!

This will be our second member cruise and 5th Disney cruise. You will find this cruise to have a very friendly atmosphere. Every one is always saying welcome home. The extra's are very nice. I just wish it was 7 days, there is so much going on it's hard to fiind time to relax and sit by the pool.

Welcome...We were on the 3 and 4 night in February right after you! As far as the what to expect on the member cruise, bring extra bags for all the goodies you will get!

Hang in there! I too will be working on labor day. Have 42 people coming to the states from Emerging Markets that we have to train (about 2 months worth of training packed into 3 weeks ) But once that's over...Castaway Cay is right around the corner!
