I don't know where your coming from but from Orlando Airport there is only one toll along the Beach Line (528). I think it is $1.25. If you don't travel a lot in FL simply paying a toll now and then is not to bad.

If you need more info, just ask.
Cheers,
Smillingjack

Yeah, for one toll it'd not be worth it, Cobbler's family and ours are driving down from out of state so it'll be time on the Turnpike too and that first Eastbound plaza on the Turnpike has had plain horrible cash lines on occasion. As Cobbler said for us it's more a convenience thing.

We also take 428(?-not too sure on that number at the moment..) around the south side of the airport to go to/from the port to WDW and that new toll road extension from the Turnpike to WDW property on the way up/down, we don't even go on I-4 at all anymore :) Lots more tolls, but near nonexistant traffic! And using the transponder is going to make that a breeze. :)

According to Mary's list Njprincess in late seating and figmentnemo is early seating.

I can't give up my early dinner, sorry. I just can't eat that huge of a meal at 8:30 p.m. ; my system isn't wired that way.

There's always lunch & dinner. Perhaps us Jersy-ites can have brunch at Palo's, if someone can get a reservation when they get on the ship. We are coming from AK, so we might not there until later, depending upon the shuttle. Can one of the other Jersey Girl try for a walk-up reservation for the group (we are 2)?

If there are enough of us--12 min/14 max--Palo has a private room On the DCL website it says to inquire about it onboard.

Did anyone book a shore tour yet? We are doing the Castaway Ray's Stingray Adventure and the 2-day float/tube rental. Is the stingray thing all it's cracked up to be?

Well if your taking the FL turnpike from I-75 there are a total of 6 tolls to the cruise terminal. I do not know where to get a SunPass out of state. They sell them in the Publix grocery stores but I believe they need to be activated prior to use. We live about 20 miles West of the intersection of I-75 and the Turnpike thus travel it frequently.

The exit on the Trupike is #254 to 528 East.

Cheers,
Smillingjack :cool1:

We will expect you to lead the charge because you have the most pirate: pirate: pirate: pirate: pirate: pirate: pirate: pirate: pirate: pirate: pirate: pirate:

I will email him again in the morning. I have all that on my work computer.

I will be absent for a while, on the way home from class today my mother called and my grandfather passed away.

We are still going on the cruise because it is just over 2 weeks away, I may need the relief and getaway by then.

Mandy,

Sorry to hear this, hope all goes well. Prayers are with you and your family.

Zip-A-Dee-Doo-Dah Tip Of The Day

Even if you have an inside cabin you can have a view from the bridge! Your tv has 3 channels dedicated to the cruise itself. Channels 48, 50 and 52 give you a wide variety of information. Once shows a camera facing forward just as if you were looking off the bridge.

Another will show time, temperature, distance traveled etc. A third will show information you need to know, repeats of some of the talks, and on our last Member Cruise even had a special screen.

Good morning every - happy Friday!

Another day closer to cruising. This time in two weeks we should be on the road in GA on our way to WDW! :) Lots to do before then but I think we'll be ready.

Have a great day everyone!

428 is also called The Greenway. The locals refuse to use it because of the tolls, so it's always empty. I don't mind paying the tolls because it's so convenient.

2 weeks from right now, we are getting ready to go to the Story book Princess bfast in Norway!

I can't believe how close we are.

Annette :)

Two week from today I will be right where I am now at work!!!! We will leave in the afternoon.

Frank & I are linked with you right now and we are fun But we were hoping for an all 'DIS' table. Maybe we will need to have a mutiny to sit where we want!

I like that idea. I think we can take them. pirate: If the Boyle's are not Disers they will be by the end of the trip.:rotfl2: Joanne thanks for looking into this. Maybe we can combine tables.:dance3: We have a home football game tonight so our night will be busy. DH is assitant athletic director for the high school that we all graduated (DH ME DS & DD). The cruise was great timing, he will not miss a game. I am sure he will be in Diversions watching the game on Monday night. :cheer2:

Mandy I am so sorry about your Grandmother. :grouphug:

Everyone have a great day! I have to get to work. I can not believe that they expect me to work when I have so much cruise planning to do.:confused3
