Pirate costume........all in or just a patch and a bandana?

Seriously on pirate nite.....do most people get into full costume? Trying to decide if I deck the kiddos out or not. They are 10 & 12 y.o. girls.

Lots of people go ALL OUT on their costumes! It's REALLY cool to see!

We don't, but there will be many to do. For those that do, it will range from simple to complete costume.

Since you found this thread late, Pirate night will be the night of the first Castaway Cay stop (9/19). 9/19 is also talk like a pirate day.

OK Land-Meet participants, I am going to presume everybody agrees with having the meet at the Boardwalk.

We can start the meet at the DVC demo center there. I spoke with someone at the location so that we will all be welcomed with open arms. Anyone that wishes can check out the demo unit and then we can go from there.

Since we have family units coming I was thinking maybe we should start the meet mid to late afternoon. If we do that then everyone has the flexibility to leave as needed and those that wish to remain could possibly grab some dinner together.

This is OUR meet, not mine so please let me know what you think of these ideas. I realize we have another two months (minus one day now ) but I want to ensure that we have time to make arrangements if any need to be made.

Andy, thanks for being the point man on this. Late afternoon like 5pm would work for us and we have 7:30 dinner reservations at Captains Grill so time to visit and then eat. I like the idea of meeting at the DVC demo center. If Captian's Grill sounds good to anyone then come on, the more the merrier.
