Well...at least now we know the theme for the SSMC is going to be "Inspirations" instead of "Legends" or "Members are Magical"

I think it's kind of crappy that all sales are final and they are not available on the ship. I mean, what if the shirt doesn't fit?! You're stuck with it and you can't exchange it. After not having any on last year's cruise, and having so many complaints about it, I don't see why they couldn't sell some on the ship and take orders for more to be shipped home if they don't have enough. But I suppose that's typical Disney marketing....make your decision RIGHT now because you won't find it later!

Inspirations is my guess. I'm surprised they won't sell them on the ship too. I guess they'll have different stuff they will try (and probably will) sell us on the ship.

I bet there will be a reserve of shirts in case of defects or quality issues. Disney is pretty good about stuff like that.

I like the way the shirt looks, wonder how many we will see on the cruise?

I wonder if they are going to ask that we wear them for the group picture on CC.

I had to crack up at the way they advertised it:

"By the time we approach Castaway Cay, you'll be turning heads and answering the question, "Where'd you get that awesome shirt?" (Try not to look smug when you tell them it's not available in stores.)"


It almost sounds like the email only went to select people.

I kind of hope so. I really like the front cover of this month's Disney Files. I'm hoping they have merchandise with that logo on it for members to purchase.

My favorite t-shirt I ever got from WDW was in 95. It had the year "95" on the front of the shirt in a really cool looking print. And across the top on the back of the shirt it said "Walt Disney World" in Disney Font. I had to quit wearing it because....well....in 2005 I started getting a little embarrassed that I was wearing a shirt that was 10 years old.

My dad still wears a "corn fest" t shirt from 1992 or 93. That was the first time Michael introduced me to Dan and Sue. We saw Stephanwolf. The shirt is so faded it is hard to know what it says, he tells me he likes it cause it is soft and not heavy. So he tends to wear it on hot summers days!

My favorite Disney shirt (besides my original 92 DVC logo shirt which will be on the cruise) was a red, white, and blue Mickey world cup shirt from the first time the USA team made it. I wore that shirt until it literally fell apart.

I have racing tee shirts that are older than that. I still wear them. When we moved, I found shirts from 1992 or so that I had never worn.
