I had to be awake to check in DCL and book what was left. Was able to sqeeze in the kayak excursion and bamboo massage.

Ok folks, sorry but all I have time for tonight is a "quickie" (let the comments begin!)Between everything else and then having to stay up until approximately 4:15am to check-in and not get the excursions I wanted, then wake at 5:30 and begin my day??? I am going to grab a shower and a shave and then try out my new egyptian cotton sheets!

I'm sorry you skipped out on sleeping only to find out that all your excursions were booked. Don't give up hope, though...you may be able to book them when you get on the ship.

For my first spine surgery, they said that it could take up to 6 months for all the symptoms to go away, but they were all gone when I woke up in the room after the operation. My second back surgery stopped my leg from collapsing underneath me while I was walking. That took longer to recover from. I hope he does very well! I must say that I like to carry a cup of coffee and not hove to worry about falling down as I carry it!

That's amazing that your symptoms went away immediately after your first surgery!! I'm glad you are able to carry a cup of coffee and not have to worry about not dropping it or spilling it when ya fall down. I would imagine that could get quite embarrassing! But knowing you, I'm sure you though of some great jokes to make it a comical situation.

Nice! I don't ever see me spending extra on a 3D TV. I can't see the 3D anyway and wearing glasses in my living room doesn't sound like fun at all.

Those were my thoughts exactly until I tried it out at Best Buy then I couldnt wait to get 3D. I'm glad the price came down! When we checked it out a couple years ago it was $3500 and the technology wasn't as good then either.

Nice! Now I'm going to be torn between Deb and Diz when I make ressies for my Disney trips!

Go to DL one year and WDW the next and alternate East and West coast cruise itineraries. Then use Diz for the West coast/DL vacations and me for the East coast/WDW vacations. .

Sorry I haven't kept up on my end of the quota bargain but I have been extremely busy enjoying the 4th weekend and doing THIS. I have done it all that from scratch. I read a book and have done my best. It has been very hard for me to teach myself but it's coming along.
