A very sad day for me today. I just found out one of my students drowned in his apartment complex's pool on Friday....he was only 10 years old.
I am in complete shock and feel sick to my stomach. He was such a sweet boy who made so much progress with me. I adored him. This is just so much for me to take in right now. I will really miss him.

Last week a woman went to visit her husband in a Texas prison. She was caught trying to smuggle him out after her visit in a rolling suitcase. Now she is in jail too.

Oh my gosh!!!!! That's just so tragic!!! I'm so sorry!!! I know how you feel being sick to your stomach....nine years ago our next door neighbor's daughter died in a car accident. She was 17. When I found out what happened, I was just numb all over. Life is just so not fair. It's bad enough to lose our loved ones that have lived a full life, but to lose a child....I just don't understand why that has to happen.
