I live in chicagoland so I root for both teams. Back in the 80s I was a big Cardinals fan because my stepdad was.

Family drama can be so draining! Sorry your dad is acting like that.

Thanks! He is usually a real jerk anyway, this time he is just acting like a baby, calling my mom like he's tattling on me or something! Give me a break! There are times when I want to ask my mom why she couldn't have married someone normal the first time. LMAO

The thing that makes me most upset about my dad being judgmental about our finances and/or parenting is that I have never in my entire life asked him for ANYTHING.

Yeah I saw a couple weeks ago that Boston was in 1st place. I was shocked to see it since they started out so poorly.

I always liked the Cardinals uniforms. Classic look. There was a show on the other night called "The Golden Years" about the uniforms of the 40's through the 70's. I like those old school looks.

Yes, they were. On Saturday, after the meet we drove up up Lake Shore Drive. Totally not thinking that the game was a 3:05 start. Traffic was horrible from Oak Street to Belmont. But since we had not into the heart of the City for a long time, it was nice to drive LSD and stilling in traffic gave us a chance to see some things that we hadn't seen in a long time.
