Take your chips, spread them on a plate, sprinkle shredded cheese on them and nuke em for about a minute!! YUMM!!

The rice is freshly made with cilantro, sea salt, and and a hint of lime, the beef is spicy, the chips have a hint o'lime taste to them too. I like it, then again, I eat almost anything. Not Andrew Zimmerman anything, just real yummy food. (I had to clarify the prior statement )

That is what we call the food from Chipoltle, since it comes wrapped in silver foil, hence the aluminum tube
