I know what you mean about the wind and hail ... heck I don't think we really even need the rain here. The speedway is just NE of us, so I think they dodged all the weather earlier, but probably got different weather from the fast line, because it tracked due east, while the earlier stuff tracked NE.

Unusually hot and dry here, so rain is needed, especially for the farmers and ranchers, not to mention the lawns.

Happy pre-Friday everyone! Actually, it is "my Friday".

There were tornadoes (sp?!) in California yesterday.! Crazy! Luckily no one got hurt, it was in a rural area, mostly farmland.

Then Buster Posey (catcher for the SF Giants) is out with a torn ligament and broken bones... My DH siad there will be retrubution tonight...

OK, off to work, got called in to come in early, busy, busy busy!!! I love my job, I am blessed, it helps me do all these Disney trips!!!

Sounds great. Are you going to Disney at Hilton Head? My wife Lara has wanted to try that some time. Let us know how you like it, and how it works for the kids, parents, and grandparents. That might help us decide who to take if and when we make it there.

I hope the lack of response is because people haven't logged on yet rather than lack of interest. A Chicago Pizza tour sounds interesting to me, but I'm not really voting. Hope everyone sees this before it's too late.

That sounds really good but we aren't staying Sat nite so we won't be there.

Ditto on the question ... but I want to know about tote bags.

While cruising in April, I got what I thought was a pretty cool bag. I will take a pic later tonight and post it on here. Nice quality bag with the DCL logo on front. I think I got it for $10 or something if I spent over $35. I could have purchased about ten of those bags now that I think about it. LOL!!

Wonder what's goin' on Friday ... they throwin' in the bed bug for free that night?

Don't forget how the big cities add taxes on top of what the state has, and it seems the larger the Hotel, the more they charge for the privelidge of parking there. Sometimes I think how many hours I have to work to equate to a purchase. But since I'm not working now, I think how long Lara will be off my back.

Just saw a trailer for Cars 2. It reminded me that at Paul's camp staff meeting, they were talking about what they do on their day off (10 am Saturday to 10 am Sunday). They mentioned that they know that they'll have a big group of staffers going to see the final Harry Potter. They mentioned one other movie and then someone yelled out, "What about Cars 2!!!". There was a chorus of voices that chimed in on that one, so they are planning on that one too. Made this Disney Mom's heart happy!

So, the staffers are going to see Harry Potter AND Cars 2 within a 24 hour period? Talk about "Cinema Bum"!

The insomnia continues...



I agree with the letter D. You'll get some rest, save money, and have spent time with your son, no guilt left behind.

I'm still trying to get a hold of the "venture capitalists".
Maybe "they" can fund the trip for our Dis friends in the MW, EC, and of course FL
