I don't think anything could stop these folks from chasing down a triple.

Sorry to hear the news, and we did miss you and became a little worried, so we're very happy to see you're back in the saddle with us!

DOH, John...:confused3

getting close ladies

WALL-E - thought you retired.......

So, I heard back from DCL about Palo Brunch. They are not booking the private dining room for Brunch because that room is where they actually set up the brunch on the Dream. They are not offering the private room for anyone for Dinner because the DVC groups team has that room booked every night of the cruise.

Since I'm a "glass half full" type of girl, I have this to say about the above information: at least they saved us all $20! :rotfl:

I have a really odd question for all of you: Have you ever looked at your kids and notice that something about their face has changed? My DD8, Emilee, just looks "different" today. Like she looks a little bit older, but I didn't notice it yesterday.

Oh well, at least they let you know - not waiting until 30 days prior. We'll probably wait and try and book it on a longer cruise.

Well Sue, you sure know how to make an entrance... :rotfl2:

Shhh! I'm trying to be a winner at something. :lmao:

Well, if you were to ignore Paul and listen to Kyle, you are always a winner! :goodvibes

The bark collar has done wonders for the puppy who wouldn't stop barking and whining. He's a very quiet dog now.

Have you tried it on Grumpy yet? It might change him back into Paul... In fact, if you can wire it up to a remote control, that will solve your problem with chores too! :cool2:

More like "we're @ post 2996, so I post to move the count along...and both Karen (with her 'method to her madness' technique) & john (and his johnny-on-the-spot-before the prize technique) = wally @ 2999"

or Whiskey Tango Hotel :confused3

I'm gonna just go with Whiskey Tango Hotel :rotfl2:

Oh yeah, I forgot to tell all of ya: I finally put in for my vacation time today! :lmao:

We are leaving home on 9/13, so I'll have to leave work early that day to catch our flight. Then we won't be returning home until 9/25. So I'll miss a week and a half of work. My boss can be pretty grouchy sometimes so I was waiting until I caught him in a really good mood. Today, he was in a really good mood, so I took advantage of that and he didn't say ANYTHING about how long I'd be gone. And the best part is: the day we are leaving is the day he'll be getting back from his Alaskan cruise. (Not sure which cruiseline...I was so nervous about requesting a week and a half off...didn't want to stay in his office too long, so I kept the conversation short and sweet) So I won't have to deal with him for at least three weeks...if not an entire month!

Not a real happy one I'm afraid - but I will try to make the best of it!

Once upon a time, there was a very happy DVCer and she had a happy little family. She booked a wonderful vacation and started to chat with lots of new friends. She made many new friends who always sent good wishes for her son in Afghanistan (who will be coming home for good on June 20th - yippee!! :worship:). She met a nice man named Ian who made her cute Deernuts for Christmas. And she really liked lurking around for :bride: and pirate: .
Then one day, her prince of a husband came to her and said, "sorry but I don't want to be married to you anymore, after 16 years - I need a change" !! Well, the happy DVCer became very sad and cried and cried some more. Finally, she decided she had to snap herself out of it, and become happy again for her sweet son Dustin and her older two boys, too. They are the best things in her life, so she better pull herself together! :)
So the happy DVCer is really trying to be happy again - and with the help of all of her new friends, I'm sure she will get there very soon!!
The End - or should I say, my new beginning!

Glad your back:hug: Yay for your son coming back just a couple of weeks

Yeah, Go Debbie :woohoo::woohoo::woohoo:
