Sorry for lurking that one everyone. I'll catch up on the posts later. I am trying to find a recipe for stuffed mushooms for a volleyball party tomorrow.

Looks like Deb and I will be at both. Definitely TOTWL though:thumbsup2 since we are staying there. This time we booked our dinner earlier so we can be there on time for the fire works. Last year we barely made it in time. It's a good story, I'll have to tell ya when we meet up next. When will that be by the way?

Can't wait to hear it!! Would love to meet up. We are busy next weekend, but I think the following weekend is good. Also the second week in May is good. Deb mentioned something about eating somewhere off of Rt. 30 near the IL/IN border?????? Sounds good to me.

Our 1900 Park Fare reservation is for 5:45. I've heard they consistently run late. Do you think we'll have enough time for dinner and to get back to BLT for the fireworks at 9:00? I'm thinking I may try to get an earlier reservation somewhere just to be on the safe side.

We are at California Grill for 5:50PM ressies. So I am hoping to get there fairly early. I figure 8PM at the latest?? I could nab a few tables if everyone likes. IF they let me do that, that is. :thumbsup2

Yummy, Yummy, Yummy, Yummy, Yummy & Yummy...I think that just about describes the eats @ your ADRs. :goodvibes

Good, I am so glad someone thinks I made decent picks. The only place we have ever eaten at on the list is Tony's Town Square!! Not sure, but I think it was you who said to get the Tonga Toast at Kona?? Someone on the Boards said it. So I definitely wanted to get there for breakfast. I have heard great things about Artists Point too!! Recommendations on food choices are welcomed!!:cool1:

Congrats on the pirate: and princess:. I was on another thread and not paying attention. I agree about wanting the cruise to some soon but I don't want to wish summer away.

It's been 1.25 to 1.35 Pounds per liter here. At 3.78 liters per gallon and an exchange rate of $1.6 per Pound ... That's about $8 per gallon :scared1:

And we are paying for fuel, not the company as I originally thought

That just stinks, John! :headache::headache::headache:

Good thing you are heading home soon. You can save $4. :scared1:

The place is called The Warsaw Inn. It's a polish buffet that's been around for decades. It's really good! Either weekend is fine. Also, we have an outdoor movie theater with a 12 foot screen that we set up on weekends. You guys should come for one of our first showings coming up, we'll show Tangled for "Lillian".

My DS is going to Muncie, IN for Easter (meeting the GF's parents for the 1st time). Is there anything or anyplace special he should do in or around Muncie?

That sounds like a lot of fun. We definitely have to get together. If we are seeing a movie outside....I would prefer the weather warm up a bit. This weather stinks right now. So maybe that weekend in May would be better. Warsaw Inn sounds yummy too.

Just set it up with the boss! Who needs Franklin/Covey when I've got Debbie Burgess!:thumbsup2

I could wear my Jaguar Formula 1 team shirt. That would allow for some conversation. I am a Blackhawks fan going back to the days of Hull, Makita, Tony -Oh ect, when they played at the old Chicago Stadium (the smallest rink in league at the time).

I grew up in ST CATHARINES home of the ST. CATHARINES BLACK HAWKS farm team of the CHICAGO BLAWKHAWKS. VERY COOL UNIFORMS!!!!! Many players went to local High schools here. Marcel Dionne learned English here while playing for the Blackhawks. Hull wore number 16 I think. Stan Makita stayed with his aunt and uncle in there Makita APTs. My first girlfriend her uncle was Doug Jarrett. I could go on, we live in a HOCKEY hot bed. My aunt was once married to Billy Reay the BLACKHAWK coach. That was 50 years ago. BUT i was a big Habs fan.

I'm game. We should have a hockey breakfast some morning on the cruise where we all bring hats or jerseys from our favorite team and talk hockey...or football or whatever. Thoughts anyone?

I'm in but lets not let breakfast start too early. Maybe just meet on the beach and drink and tell some stories. Lets plan on getting together when all of us get together at the FE meeting on the ship.

I'm from the other side of the state, but Muncie is home to Ball State where David Letterman went to college. It is named after the Ball canning jar company which was lured here from out east when 'free' natural gas was discovered. I don't know what might remain of the Ball canning company, but it evolved into Ball Aerospace (satellites), which is located somewhere else, I assume.

Topographically, I think that part of the state is the highest in Indiana, but that's probably still less than 1000'. It's near twin city, Anderson, supplied quite a bit of General Motors with Delphi Electronics (and possibly others components). This might be how Ball got into aerospace because one of the satellite radio companies was originally Delphi (then sold to whichever it is now: Sirius or XM?).

Unless he is interested in something above, I honestly can't think of anything to do/see there.
