Im thankful LAURA is a NURSE in our Hospital here. She can ask the right questions and has a bit of pull. Our health system here is a total mess!

Oh, and now I have a BUNCH of reading here to catch up with!

 Hello. Sorry about the delay in posting. I have been busy catching up on stuff since we got back here, like work, birthdays, and necessary home projects that have been put off for far too long. See you all soon. :wave2:

Hey Dan,
Since you were so quiet, I figured you were trying to catch up at work. I was wondering about you though. With so many Potters here, I figured everything was okay.

I'm not trying to ignore you, but today we leave to sail across the Atlantic, so I won't be on here for at least a week.

HI DEBBIE, NO I WAS BOWLING, DIDNT SEE THE GAME. PLUS I hAD TO GO TO THE HOSPITAL, MY DAD HAS PNEMONIA. HE IS 93.

I hope your dad recovers quickly! I'm sorry to hear he's in the hospital. But glad to know that Laura is there to make sure he is taken care of. :goodvibes

Hi there Dan! I hope your home projects are coming along as planned. We still have projects that we started on four-five years ago that are still pending! :headache:

I hope you have a fantastic trip across the Atlantic!!!!! Can't wait to see pictures when you get back! I wonder who will post their pictures first...you or Kelly. :confused3 :lmao:

Have a great day everyone!!!!!!!!

I will keep your dad in my thoughts and prayers for a fast recovery. Pneumonia is difficult to get over for even a younger and healthy person. Please keep us posted. :goodvibes

Glad to see you back in the swing of things Dan.

Thanks for working on the embarkation schedule John! I think the meet along with getting together for the sailaway would be great! :)

I read that too. I also read they are only doing two shows a night as well. It's been interesting watching things shake out and change through trip reports.

I am glad they are getting some of these "kinks" out before we set sail on the Dream. Must go read some trip reports, too. :)

Thanks Kanen, I think you're right that I volunteered for the onboard meet. From what I've been reading the 3:00 meeting won't work. Here is what I have kinda gathered so far (no guarantees on accuracy though):

Noonish First groups allowed to board
12:30-3:00 pm AquaDuck is Open.
1:00-3:30 pm Palo & Remy Bookings and Dining Assignment changes
1:30 pm Allowed access to room for first time
1:45 pm ? Possible New DisBoard Meet and Greet time?
2:45-3:30 pm Adventures Away! Sail Away Celebration, 45 minutes.
3:00 pm? Old DisBoard Meet and Greet
3:45 pm Mandatory muster drill for all passengers (except for those who just sailed B2B?).
3:45 pm All Aboard.
4:30-5:15 pm Adventures Away! Sail Away Celebration, 45 min

If I have the above times close, then a meeting on the Lido deck ready to watch the Adventures Away! Sail Away Celebration might be a good idea. Then we would have good positioning to watch the show.

Has anyone else seen this conflict, or have any suggetions?

When we did a B2B2B we still had to attend each muster drill... by the third time, we could almost quote it. It might have changed, if so - that's great news!!

HELLOOOOOO HUMANS!!!!!!!! :banana::banana::banana::banana:

Let's talk about a B2B of the more mundane variety...

I currently have 4, count them 4, boats booked for the night of September 22nd! (I used Dan's credit card, not mine. :rotfl2:) The more I thought about it, the more I thought it might be nice to do the Wishes cruise. When I was booking the Illuminations cruise I inquired about the Wishes cruise and since no one else had booked it, I thought, why the heck not?? So, we have a dilemma. Please let me know which cruise you would like to do. We can put 10 people on each boat. The cost, per boat is $350 inc. taxes (+ tip). With full boats we are looking at $35.00 per head.

Please feel free to belly up to the bar and name your poison...

I am going for Wishes. Anyone else?

HI, THE early time for the Disboards meet might be too early. We usually take the Disney bus to the ship and I think we sometimes dont arrive until after that depending on when we leave OKW. In the pasr Laura and I have stood up by the Stack on the level above the stage with DRINKIE in hand:banana: but the Dream may be different for set up. Debbie knows where im talking about. She even has a photo of me up there from a previous DEC cruise before we new each other:rotfl2: Those sailing together on the May Cruise can fill us in on good place for all of us to meet or anyone in the Group who has sailed the Dream.
Its to bad the Muster drill is so close in time to the sail away. Our routine was to hurry back to the room after muster, ditch the life jackets and hurry up the stairs, find a WAITER for our Drinks of the day and take our position. It would be great if we can all gather in an area that will have room for us. The photo below was last year. I dont think we can all fit there:rotfl2:

Hi, we are willing to do either, we have not done either. We will be staying at OKW and have annual passes so count us in. IM assuming there is WOBBLY POP ON BOARD:rotfl2:

Chuck and I are going on the Dream, May 12th. Ian we will scout out a "smoke stack" spot for the sail away party. We have reservations at Remy and passes for the Rainforest Spa so we can report on that as well.

I know you don't have to wear your lifejackets to the muster anymore. :thumbsup2

You can add the two Potter's from Appleton on the Wishes cruise. I am very excited to think I really do get to do a B2B cruise and see fireworks at the same time! Thanks Sue for booking and Dan for......well paying!!! (at least till we send you money!)

Good evening everyone :-)
Just got in from the gym (only 152 days to lose that weight before the cruise). What have I missed on the boards here today?

I guess Terrie, Shawn, Milford & I will be waving to you as you leave when we board on the 15th :wave2::wave2::wave2::wave2:
