It has been snowing and sleeting ALL day....since midnight last night. But, we only got a couple of inches of snow. And the sleet hasn't been sticking. It's all mostly been equivalent to a misty type of rain. HOWEVER...we haven't hit the overnight lows yet, so who knows what we'll wake up to in the morning! Poor Junior...got called out at FIVE AM to go plow! I sure hope he doesn't have another five o'clock start tomorrow morning because Junior-sleep=grumpy!

ANOTHER DAY DONE, THE WEATHER HERE WAS NICE TODAY, SUNNY BUT MILD. THE CROWDS AT MK TODAY WERE STAGGERING. THEY HAD PARADE FILMING THIS MORNING. ID LIKE TO FIND OUT WHO WAS IN THE LONG WHITE STRETCH LIMO THAT PULLED INTO TURTLE POND ROAD PARKING AREA WHERE WE ARE STAYING. IM GOING TO ASK TOMORROW HOPING THEY TELL ME . ITS GOING TO BE COLD HERE MON ON. BELOW FREEZING A COUPLE NIGHTS. DEBBIE CAN JUNIOR GO PLOW OUT MY VEHICLE AT THE BUFFALO AIRPORTIM NOT LOOKING FORWARD TO FINDING MY VEHICLE SURROUNDED BY SNOW. BUFFALO AIRPORT IS IN THE LAKE EFFECT SNOW AREA. TOMORROW WE ARE GOING TO DHS TO SEE OSBOURNE LIGHTS. IM GOING PIN HUNTING THEY GOT ME A MICKEYS CHRISTMAS PARTY ANNUAL PASS PIN THAT SOLD OUT LAST NIGHT. I TOLD THEM DUDLEY ND I COULDNT GET ANNUAL PASS PIN BECAUSE THEY SOLD OUT AT PARTY> SO THE CAST MEMBER WENT DOWN UNDER TO THE PIN SUPPLY AREA AND GOT ME A PIN WELL OFF TO BED I GO.

The lows in Orlando will be in the 30s next week. Not sure how tough this Midwestern gal will be in the evenings. I will be consuming lots of hot chocolate.

I THINK I LOOK AT EVERY CAST MEMBER FOR PINS I NEED. YOU NEED A BASEBALL BAT TO FIGHT OFF THE OTHER PIN COLLECTERS. I HAD A COUPLE PEOPLE APPROACH ME BECAUSE I HAD ANNUAL PASS TO GET THEM PINS

BY THE WAY CANT WAIT TO SEE LAURA AND JIM AGAIN ON MEMBER CRUISE!!!!

For the better part of the last month I have spent almost ever free moment I have (and some work moments too ) either sitting on this thread or doing some form of research on the cruise, the dream ship, cruising with DCL, etc...

My question: Is this normal? (Normal by DIS board member standards I mean) Am I going to be like this until I leave for the trip? If I am, how can I keep my three dogs from finding another master because I stopped throwing the ball to them?

You *have* to throw the ball to them. They NEED that. I suggest that you do it while making a bathroom run. As far as your question about whether it is normal goes: Who knows? I do the same thing as you are doing a lot. Of course, I don't worry too much about how 'normal' I appear. I know that we all have our little idiosyncrasies and what may be odd to one person is normal to another!

Ok, I found a temporary fix. I put some of the hook side of velcro on the wall. Every time I throw the tennis ball there it sticks for about 5 minutes and the dogs just sit there waiting for it to drop. That greatly reduces the amount of ball throwing I must do...

No, that is a bit wrong. You put an extra # in that shouldn't be there. I am only weird as @#%! And even if anybody notices, they will be amused, so it is totally a win-win situation!
