Wow Mick, if we didn't already have more food than we could eat, I'd recommend you to be our chef on the ship. Sounds delictable.
I only cooked for 350 tonight not 3000

My favorite!![]()
Please have Wally take a photo of you and Duffy in costume, for us. I have no idea what "Hit Girl" is, but excited to see it. Sound like a militia assassin of some kind? You have previous experience with machetes in amusument parks, eh? Have a great time.
John,
Back in thread 1 we learned that Terri attempted to take a dagger on the last cruise. All part of her pirate costume.
What I want to know is ...did anyone get a picture of the look on the security personnels faces when they found the dagger? Or when Terri was trying to explain.![]()
Terrie - you are the costume finding queen!!! Next time I'm looking for a specific costume I'm gonna have you look online for me!
I'm glad you found the costume you wanted AND that they offered overnight shipping so you'd have it in time for MNSSHP!![]()
Well thank youYou are so AWESOME!!![]()
Us too! This Saturday is my packing/ go to target to get everything we don't have enough of day. I pack for all of us so it takes a while. At least on this trip we have a washer/dryer so I can pack a little lighter.![]()
Just finished making "graveyard crunch" for Halloween at work tomorrow. Think I have everthing ready for my costume. Hope I have enough gel to get my hair to stick straight up tomorrow morning. We're doing MONSTER MASH this year. Decorated the office tonite with balloons, crepe paper, disco ball, monsters, etc. We'll have punch & cookies, and chips and dip and my crunch for snacking before the little trick or treaters come in tomorrow afternoon. I love Halloween!
Wally & Terrie
and George & Stacey have a great time at WDW!!!!(I'm not sure when George & Stacey are going but thought I better say it now before I forget! LOL)

Only 350. I get uptight when I have Thanksgiving for 20 something.
Will do! I am totaly psyched about it! Uhm, no experience with Machetes in amusement parks, more like daggers on cruise shipsHit Girl is a character in the movie Kick @ss. The movie is based on a graphic comic book series about a kid in high school that decides to become a super hero, makes his own costume, has no powers and goes out to fight crime and calls himself Kick A$$. Well, he nearly gets himself killed in the process. He is saved by "Hit Girl" who is a 10 year old assasin. The movie is very violent and totally not appropriate for children. Here is a picture of her.

Okay, thanks for the picture and the background information. Now ... to see how your costume compares. Just so I understand, you are going to look like a 10 year old girl, right?
I'm so far behind times, the closest movie I heard of, to Kick A$$ is Jack A$$. I appreciate the info, especially if someone comes to the door on Saturday with that outfit. I'm sure it will impress my wife that I am "hip" with the latest trends.
Wait! What is a Non-Alcohol Section? And at a Bears game, no less! Isn't alcohol a requirement? Great pic! You got there early! Do you really have season tickets? I may have to see if we can work out a deal...GO BEARS!!!! See how happy we look?? This was before the loss on Sunday. Anyone want to buy our season tickets?? Just kidding.
Kelly
Thank you all so much!!!
DW is out of town this week, so I celebrated with DD Laran (3).
Shortly after we got up this morning, she told me, "Happy Birthday." Now she knew it was coming up because I told her a few days ago. I think I heard someone on TV say something about a birthday, so I assume that's what inspired her to say it (on the right day).
This afternoon she MADE me a cake, a gift and a card. Does she actually know this is normal practice? Anyway the "cake" was made of solid wood donuts that stack in wedding cake fashion, with a plastic tube vertically on top for a candle. The "gift" was a castle she made out of building blocks and the "card" was a playing card with stickers off of her potty training chart. Still very impressive to come up with this on her own.
This evening she took me to the best thin-crust pizza place in Indiana, Arni's. I got a free birthday pizza and she got the kids pizza, fruit bowl and free icecream. I had the waitress take a picture of us to email to DW. I'll add a picture of the birthday gifts she made.
HaHaHaHanow matter how hard I try I could not pass myself off as a 10 year old girl
At 5 ft tall I am the right height though...but that is where it ends

Bahahaha! I love her. she is so funny. Can't wait to see yall again soon. Glad you enjoyed your birthday.
Just getting a chance to get on here again.I left off on page 5 and ya'll are already on page 29. Wow.
I have the whole weekend off for my birthday.
Im really excited because I don't get that many days off in a row very often.
I hope this weekend goes by nice and slow. Also hope everyone else has a great weekend as well.

Thank you Kelly. Such a warm group of sailors here.
Since I finally turned on the TV to check the weather, I saw that the northern areas were STILL having 50 mph winds today. As Dan quoted from the AP Wire, I too heard this storm had a record lowest pressure ever recorded over land. Evidently our wind here today is better than Chicago, because several flights bound for Chicago, got diverted to Indy.
I've never had to relight the hot water heater since we moved in here, until today. Naturally, one day AFTER I move a bunch of boxes from in front of the furnace to change the filter, to in front of the water heater. Been trying to get hot water to run the dishwasher (before DW gets home)Had to light it twice today. Seems good now.
Im pretty sure me and Cody had to light it like 2 times in one day when we stayed there for the first time.
Wally and Jennifer, George and Stacy, have a great time! We will see y'all soon!
