Ian & Laura and Michael & Monika - you are TRADERS!!!! I can't believe you would ditch DCL for another cruiseline! They should revoke your CC status! :rotfl2::lmao:

WE really don't want to go on the Freedom of the Seas ,,,,,,,,,,,,, But we have to just to verify how great Disney Cruise Line is ................:thumbsup2

We know it will be a long boring and un-eventful time :sad2:............. But Someone has to do it ........................:cool2:

We will take one for the Dis Team .........................:flower3:

WE HAVE A BALCONY FOR JUST UNDER $1000 fOR SEVEN DAYS ON SOLSTICE, THE DISNEY SHIP IS WAY TO EXPENSIVE. RATHER SAVE OUR MONEY FOR SHORT DISNEY CRUISES.

If they pick up anymore I'll never get anything done.

Those people were very lucky to get a personal tour. I am feeling very happy that we are on deck nine in a 4A stateroom. Our first cruise, with son, was cat 12, second cruise, with son, cat 8, now just the two of us, with our own balcony. Yippee! The son is now in college, we don't have to cruise Jersey week anymore.

I agree they were very lucky, but I think I'd be a little creeped out by touring a ship before it's completely built. It's just a little eerie to me! But I'm weird like that!

I've seen "Jersey week" before...why is it called Jersey week? And why do you say you don't have to do Jersey week anymore since your son is in college? Is that a week that the Jersey schools get out that other schools don't? :confused3 Just curious! :goodvibes (Junior says I'm nosey!) :rotfl2:

Saw this in another post, not sure if y'all have seen it (on the dream construction)

Grumble, awesome nights sleep, grumble :headache:

Good morning all what are your weekend plans?

We get to go visit in-laws for two BIL's 40th B-Day parties (combined suprise) :goodvibes

P.S. Anyone going to be in/around WDW Nov 5-14? How about Vegas area beginning of December? Northern Va area? MD area? Lower PA? NJ is only a few hours drive (went to a wedding in Stockton and only took us 4 hours tops). Would be neat to meet some of y'all beforehand if possible :)

Eat, drink, sleep and enjoy the brief escape from reality  Now if only my clients and co-workers would "lose" my cell phone number for just a few days I could actually do that uninterrupted  Tonight is the retirement dinner for Disney archivist Dave Smith. I am looking forward to dining at the private VIP lounge in The Living Seas :cool2:

We will be in WDW with friends from Oct. 29 - Nov. 5 for MNSSHP. Just yesterday though I extended our stay and got a studio for Nov. 5 and am waitlisting for the 6th so we should be here.

Even though I don't eat any of that food you posted, it still looked GOOD! And that chocolate cake looked DELICIOUS! (Now THAT I would eat!) :lmao:

It was very good :thumbsup2

Congrats Terrie and Sue on :bride: and pirate:
Way to go!!!!!:thumbsup2
Thank you :goodvibes

It'a going to be a good day. I'm sitting in bed, having coffee and toast, playing on DH's laptop while watching TV. Wish I could start every day like this.

That is exactly what I am doing :thumbsup2 (minus the tv)

Not doing Disney ................ Please don't tell anyone-:rotfl2:- we are going on Freedom of the Seas ..........................:rotfl::rotfl:

Oh we went on that one! It was fun. I mean, it's not Disney :rolleyes1 but I am sure you can suffer through it ok

Haha thanks, I much prefer your current escape! Kidding, they are actually an awesome group of people (Stacey's family) so really neat when we all get together.

Just wait till you go on the cruise and your cell phone signal goes bye bye when at sea! That is the part I am looking forward to, NO choice but to leave it in the room. Not sure how ... attached ... going to .. hurt ..

VIP!? Always knew you two were high rollers :cool1: Seriously though take plenty of VIP pics, have dark sunglasses?

I will make sure Stacey knows about that (November 5th and possible 6th) since she is the scheduler, planner, heck all around boss of the upcoming trip.

Have fun tonight you two!!! :dance3:

We're getting in midday on the 5th and staying at a 2 bedroom at kidani. Wanna meet for drinks that afternoon/evening? My folks will be there as well but they are super cool"
