It looks like the Indy Dismeet went well . We here are still are still in cleanup mode from the "Second Annual 100 Year Storm"! Everyone on our street has power, but just a couple of blocks away they are still with out it.

Crews from Appleton Department of Public Works and our power company are working hard to continue the clean up and power restoration.

If tropical storm Lee goes in the projected path, looks like we may get some massive amounts of rainfall up here in the IN, IL, MI, WI areas on Friday or Saturday. I sure hope we don't get the floods that we got after katrina (I think) back in 2008. That was the worst flooding I have ever seen. I didn't realize how many bridges I drive over in my hometown (where I've lived for over 30 years) until I wasn't able to drive over ANY of them for three days following Katrinas (i think) remnants here in IN.

Hopefully since it's just a tropical storm and not a full blown hurricane it won't be too bad.
