Um....yeah.....good luck with that!!!


We are attending the Indy DISmeet tomorrow (CLICKY FOR THREAD and I just finished making my dish that I'm taking. (Macaroni salad with tuna and eggs....YUM!) We'll be at that all day tomorrow since it's 2 hours away. Then Sunday we are spending all day with my in-laws. And Monday we are having a cook out here at our house for my mom's side of the family. So, no rest for me this three day weekend! I'll have to go back to work on Tuesday for that!

AND I'm trying to figure out when in the heck I'm gonna finish packing for this vacation! (I have to have everything packed by next Saturday morning for Junior to take with him)

I can't believe we are all talking "Weeks" and even "days" before our vacation FINALLY starts! I'm so glad next week is a short week and then I only work less than two days the following week!!!! And then DISNEY VACATION HERE I COME!!!!!! WOO HOO!!!!!!!

We are going to Abuellos. Mark and I went last summer in VA. for our nephews rehearsal dinner. Since then I've wanted to take the kids. Mark won't eat any of the regular menu so I called today and made sure he could get a plain chicken breast or plain steak, they said sure. SO this trip will be over a year in the making I say our kids when their both adults, Katie turned 26 on Aug. 27 and Ronny was 24 on the 31st. So it's a twofer!

Did you see my reply on the post about dressing up? It was kind of lengthy and I hope I didn't offend anyone that enjoys dressing up. I was just trying to support those that don't like to dress up. I am simply amazingly awesomesauce at planning nothing!

I'll try to be brief as I am running low on phone juice. First off thank you all for the thoughts and good wishes. We appreciate them and are humbled by them.

We are still without power. Our power company has said that it maybe Sunday or even Monday before we get power again. I have been told that our paper has some amazing stories and pictures. If you julioogle Appleton Post Crescent, you can find it.

We'll keep you advised as we can.

You will literally be 10 mins from our house! Tell mark there is an Outback Steakhouse and Hooters right next to it so there are "choices" if doesn't want to eat at Abuelo's. I wish I could crash your dinner wearing my thong but we will be down south for the day.
I65 from 80/94 to RT30 can be filled with State Troopers so mind your speed there. Go with the flow of traffic in the center or right lanes and you'll be fine.
Drive safe and have a good meal.

I believe the Aquatic life meet and greet is being hosted by Captain Jack so Andy was certain you would want to attend. And since they are finding MAN eating sharks, you should be safe. Have a wonderful time

HI AUTUNM, I JUST CLUED IN WHERE YOUR FROM. WE HAVE BEEN TO VIRGINIA BEACH A FEW TIMES. IM AMAZED AT THE NAVAL BASE. WE TOOK THE TOUR A FEW YEARS AGO. THEN WE WERE GOING TO TOUR THE NAVAL AIRBASE, BUT I COULDNT FIND WHERE YOU TAKE THE TOURS. THIS WAS IN THE LATE 90s. I ACTUALLY DROVE OUT BETWEEN THE HANGERS. THE GATE WAS OPEN SO I TURN IN AND GOT CLOSE TO THE OPEN HANGERS BEFORE SOMEBODY COME RUNNING I TOLD THEM WE WERE FROM CANADA AND GOT LOST WHILE LOOKING FOR THE TOUR. I THINK THEY WERE HANGERS ITS BEEN AWHILE. I JUST KNOW THE RUNWAY WASNT TO FAR AWAY. THAT WAS THE FIRST TIME IVE STOOD NEAR AN AIRCRAFT CARRIER< WOW THEY ARE HUGE. WE REALLY ENJOY THAT AREA. SO MUCH HISTORY

Ok, so they are MAN eating sharks, therefore I should be safe right Well there's no way I'm not going since it IS Cpt. Jack While Cpt. Jack is a MAN (and a shark food staple) you know I'm going to be clinging on to him like saran wrap, which makes me icing on the sharks' cake I'm still doomed
