I would say each couple could see everything they wanted in 5 minutes, but we have about 35 people who expressed interest (so far). I know our previous inside cabin would be crowded two couples plus us. In fact, I'm concerned about Holster's room capacity.
It looks complicated but should be very flexible, since we don't really know what events people will be interested in, and when they will be held. I like the idea of rooms teaming up. Maybe the rooms you mentioned could work together to find a time that will work for both? Then they could draw their hand before or after their time.
Wait. How about this. The people from the rooms being toured will get together somewhere after we see the Day at Sea Navigator. Together we will decide on a 2 (?) hour time slot to hold the whole event. This time will then be posted on my door.
I will arrange the rooms in order of viewing. Everyone will show up at the first room at the posted time. The people from the second room will tour first, followed by the people from the third room, etc. This way the second room is open and ready for the next room tour. I would say that people might as well advance to the next room on their own or in small groups to keep things moving along. The room being toured knows everyone is through when the host from the previous room shows up (maybe plus 5 minutes).
We could probably get to the final room within an hour(?) for a social gathering and Poker Prizes.
PS Terri, I afraid we'll all fall into that category

Hoping we all have an attentive room steward.
