Gonna be gone for a while. Going to try and catch up with Michael & Nancy's storm on this side of the lake. Please continue tossing around ideas on how to handle the Room Tour without me.

John - I didn't know there were that many people doing the room tour! Your idea sounds good.

IF WE DO THE POKER RUN CAN WE TAKE PHOTOS:rotfl2: I CANT WAIT TO SEE JUNIORS CABIN:scared1: IS THERE A PRIZE FOR THE BEST AND WORST UNDERWEAR HANGING IN CABIN:rotfl2:

She said all she can say is she is happy. She still will get married at the wedding pavilion. I think Disney has a sort of gag order on her. As long as she's happy :goodvibes

Glad it's all working out for her! :thumbsup2

No power here since about 10a due to huge storm. Lots of trees and branches down. Police, AFD and Public Works very busy. The winds were strong enough to move our grill on the back deck. There is huge amount of damage all over Appleton. We are safe.

Yikes! So glad that you are safe! Hope things are back to normal soon.

Adult FE gifts for the SSMC are done! :woohoo: Finished my FE today too. Didn't put our names on it though. I may do that if I have time, but I'm not going to stress it!

Hiya Karen
Mmmm, not me :rolleyes1
I get carried away making trinket gifts, I usually to the party favors for people.
the hard thing is taking close to 100+ FE's on the plane, oh well!
I ejoy doing them. ;)

I would say each couple could see everything they wanted in 5 minutes, but we have about 35 people who expressed interest (so far). I know our previous inside cabin would be crowded two couples plus us. In fact, I'm concerned about Holster's room capacity.

It looks complicated but should be very flexible, since we don't really know what events people will be interested in, and when they will be held. I like the idea of rooms teaming up. Maybe the rooms you mentioned could work together to find a time that will work for both? Then they could draw their hand before or after their time.

Wait. How about this. The people from the rooms being toured will get together somewhere after we see the Day at Sea Navigator. Together we will decide on a 2 (?) hour time slot to hold the whole event. This time will then be posted on my door.

I will arrange the rooms in order of viewing. Everyone will show up at the first room at the posted time. The people from the second room will tour first, followed by the people from the third room, etc. This way the second room is open and ready for the next room tour. I would say that people might as well advance to the next room on their own or in small groups to keep things moving along. The room being toured knows everyone is through when the host from the previous room shows up (maybe plus 5 minutes).

We could probably get to the final room within an hour(?) for a social gathering and Poker Prizes.

PS Terri, I afraid we'll all fall into that category  Hoping we all have an attentive room steward.

John I'm looking forward to the tour. :thumbsup2 I was wondering if we have that many people if we should do the prizes in a lounge or bar area so we can accommodate everyone? Whatever works I just can't imagine the room being big enough :confused3

Aaaawwww, now you're gonna make me cry. Don't be sad Junior. I'm sorry I hit you with a fish

:rotfl2::rotfl2::rotfl2::rotfl2::rotfl2::rotfl2::rotfl2::rotfl2::rotfl2:

Probably why most of us like it so much, being Disney fans and all

:thumbsup2

:scared1: Busted :upsidedow Hi Debbie :flower3:

Wally and I really enjoyed meeting you and Allen and I'm sure everyone else will as well. Yeah, I'll bet the kids will be surprised not only about how many people you know but how many know about them and are happy to finally make their acquaintance!
Can't wait to see your pirate costumes! I'm on the hunt for a sword and dagger too ... plastic this time though :upsidedow That sounds like a win win to me. He gets a cool pirate costume he likes, you get the fantasy pirate guy you like  It sounds like several of the ladies will be :cloud9: of Captain JS. Hmmm, I wonder if I can get Wally to wear beaded dreadlocks and eyeliner :rolleyes1
Awe, you are just way to scwheet :flower3:
Allen was commenting,"Terrie's bringing a sword too you know
He was really getting into it. :goodvibes He said he's even going to do his own makeup, after we dress up in our costumes.....

Well, I am sitting here at work where we lost power for about 45 minutes this am. I work in a office inside a building so I have no access to the outside world. When the storm came we were not able to open the door to the outside, when we did we got drenched! I have never seen it rain so hard. Our downtown (still without power) had windows blown out. Our house is about 6 blocks north of downtown. I am not sure if I will be able to get home, although I have lived in Appleton for 35 years so I am sure I will find a way home. I have seen pictures of my sisters back yard who is 6 houses from mine and she lost a tree. My parents also lost a tree they are to our north about 3 miles. Since I am sitting in the office waiting for a tanker to fill, I have been reading the paper. They are saying a "prolonged power outage". Don't they know I have FE gifts to finish and a swim suit cover up to make!! Any way we have phones that are able to communicate with you all and I thank you for your concerns. I won't be able to do this much typing on my phone so our posts will be short. Michael is home pulling branches to the curb, so maybe I can make work last a bit longer!!
Thanks everyone :grouphug:

Gosh! I sure hope you have time to catch up on your sleep. If not...you'll have the chance on your flight in to Orlando, right?
Red-eye, I'll be sleeping :cloud9:Flying in Sat morning at 6am. :thumbsup2

Hey Lynn - did John scare you when he said 32 people. :lmao:

Your family is rather careless with trees, aren't they? :rotfl2:

Glad it wasn't worse, and that all y'alls are okay. :yay::grouphug::yay:

So are we allowed to take plastic swords on board? I thought that I read some place that we couldn't.
Thanks

Oh no that would not be good. I could thought I read somehwere that if it was plastic it was ok. I'll have to check on that.

:grouphug:

I hope you don't have anything against man thongs!

GAH! :scared1: cough ... cough ... gag ... ew

See ... THIS ... is exactly what I need whenever I am tempted to check the fridge or pantry to look for something to eat out of boredom thus breaking my diet once again. Thank you Junior for putting me back on the straight and narrow. I have zero desire to eat anything and may just have gotten a head start on a nice case of bulemia
Hmmm ... now I'm toying with the idea of hanging a "man thong" on the pantry door and a speedo on the fridge. Not like I care what visitors think.
