Wow what a great pic Ian thanks for posting it!

Better late than never but my focused getting into cruise shape began last Monday. Except for doing some comfort eating over the weekend I've been pretty good. I'm down 10 pounds and want to loose anther 20-25 before the 11th. But anyway, I'm focused and that's all it takes!

Wow - you can lose 20-25 pounds in one day? :rotfl2:

Congrats on the loss! I wish I was that dedicated - I really want to lose weight, just have trouble keeping my mind about me thing days!! Too many other things to think about . . .

i have a question about the brooklyn team. Was that the penn league team the nym bought off the toronto bluejays a few years ago. We used to have the st catharines stompers in the penn league. I used to go to the games here. Roy halliday started out here.

I don't know the answer to that question Ian. Minor League teams change affiliations fairly often. Our team, the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers, were part of the Seattle Mariners organization for many years. When that contract was up, the Milwaukee Brewers stepped in.(Milwaukee is about 2 hours from here) So for both the Brewers and the Mets there is a certain logic to having a minor league affiliate very close. That way they can keep an eye on young players and if they need to rehab a player, they can get them some game work under a watchful eye and do it close to home.

We've had a few Brewers pitchers come up here to get some work in.:thumbsup2

I can't remember if I asked this before, but is anyone else doing a B2B at the end of the SSMC?
