And totally true too. My ancestor was captured by pirate Captain John Phillips. Poor guy was forced into piracy. He and some buddies later mutinied the ship and killed the Cap'n. When he got home, he had to stand trial, but was acquitted because he was forced into it.

well actually he was claming with his brother and got in to a fight with another clamer and the other guy tried to jump on their boat and attack them, But i told him that is an act of piracy and he should be hung from the neck till dead.
