I steam cleaned the furniture.....all I have to say is EEEWWWWWW!!!! You don't even want to know how dirty it was! I keep them covered with blankets and they STILL get so dirty! I want leather furniture so bad!!!!!! We bought the warranty on this furniture and I did notice some rips here and there so I think I'll be calling JCPenney tomorrow to cash in on my warranty! Wish me luck! Cause we all know how THAT goes!

Good luck!! With two teenagers, a husband, two dogs and a cat, our furniture is never going to be clean. I just bought a dark brown sectional and gave in to the inevitability of it all. We had a pale brown microfiber before this one and it always looked terrible. I'm much happier with this one. It's been almost a year since we bought it, so it's probably time to give it a good cleaning!

Is it possible to add people to our rooms at BLT at the last minute (Saturday morning) so that they can see the fireworks from TOTWL, if we have room capacity?

The plan (as I recall) is Fireworks cruises Thursday, MNSSHP on Friday, and Fireworks from TOTWL on Saturday, right?

As long as you are not on a dining plan you can add them. We do that all the time with our friends that live there so they can go to the lounge with us. That reminds me - I better add them tomorrow!

Edit to add: As long as it doesn't go over the maximum capacity of the room.

Can you remind me of the price? It has to be cash, yes? I want to put the cash in an envelope and put it aside. That way I won't have to worry about getting cash there. And we need to tip our boat driver, right? IIRC, we can order food and drinks? Are we going to do that or no?

We get in on the 10th and depart on the 22nd. The 18th and 19 are taken up by wedding stuff. Oh, and the 12th and 13th are pretty much devoted to final prep for, and racing in the PDX Adult Soapbox Derby!

I think you are right about adding people. But, I'm not a BLT expert. I wonder if we ask concierge at BLT if they'll just allow our guests up without having to go through the "paperwork" of adding them? It would be easier for them and the end result is the same anyway. Unless we're planning on a pool party too. Since you can't pool hop to BLT, they'd probably require us to add people.

It might if you are planing the DDP for the same night as the lounge.

Milford and Shawn had Terrie and Wally as guests to take up to see the fireworks. They just let them up with them, No Problem! No need to add anyone!

I think it varies depending on who is "guarding the gate". I've read that it just takes one key and I've read a few instances of them asking for keys for everyone, including the kids.
