I have been gone for so long I feel like I have missed a ton.... And I don't have the time to go back and read everything.

Amanda thanks for remembering we want the 3 braclets for the kids, and how do you want me to pay you. Thanks for doing that it was really nice of you.

What else have I missed, I don't think I have checked in, in over a month.

Is there any new disney crazed people that have checked in.

I would still love to have e-mail pals for my dk's if anyone has dk's that would like to e-mail, to get to know each other before they go on the cruise.

I tried to send our info. to the website that I got off of one of the pages a couple of months ago and I noticed that it still wasn't there. Is there something else I should be doing or is it a different site now?

I am really excited about the cruise but that means school starts back up for my dk's and I'm not real excited about that. I guess it is bitter/sweet.

I just found this on the cruise board for Castaway club members:

Amanda - I got your pm I will mail you the money. I am trying to remember how much the braclets are......

I checked on the site that was talking about taking the school supplies to the school, and I can't figure out: can you go on your own or do you have to set up something to do it? If anyone know will you let me know. I printed up a map of the place and I think I can figure out how to get there with the help of my dh of course but I didn't want to get my dk's excited about going and then not having all my ducks in a row..... If anyone else has more info then what the other thread did could you let me know how I can get ahold of this info.

This is our second cruise and the first one we didn't do anything off the ship that we had to set up, we just rented a car and did whatever we wanted to. If anyone has any suggestions that our dk's db-11 dg-8 db-7
would love let me know so we can try to set it up.

We are getting ready to go to church camp next week and so I have been busy getting stuff together for that, I have got to start getting busy with our disney cruise and also we will be at the boardwalk for the week after, Wow that sounds really exciting........ We got our tickets for Mickey's Not so scary halloween Party. We went two years ago and it was so hot. I want the kids to be in disney costumes but something cool. Any suggestions?????

Hello all!

I've been really busy the past two days with the kids starting school and all. I got most of my house really, really clean now that the kids aren't here all day. (Oh how nice to have a clean home again.) And of course I had to take the kids to school the first day. Taking them was fine but picking them up was awful. It took me just over two hours from the time I left my home til the time I got back to go all of maybe a 6 mile radius. I have two in elementary school and one in middle school and they are a few miles apart. The traffic was a nightmare. We did the bus thing today for the two younger ones. They rode last year and it is a pretty tame bus. However, I DO NOT want my 11yo. dd riding the bus. I'm just afraid she'll be educated TOO MUCH. Today was so much better doing it that way. Besides, my DS and DD were glad to be able to ride with their friends. So, it worked out well.

And of course I had to do some shopping since it is tax free weekend. I'm lovin' that! Too bad school started before this weekend. I had to do some back to school shopping before now so I had to pay that nastey tax. Oh well, what's a hundred dollars or so. It just really adds up.

I've been so addicted to Disneystore.com. I have bought so much on there since we decided to go on this cruise. We are going to be so Disney'd out. But that's a good thing. Right? They do have some really good deals on there sometimes though. I love good deals. Who doesn't?
I've also gotten some things to put back for Christmas for the kids. I like to start shopping early for that reason. They had very large and very nice beach towels on sale for $4.99 each and I also got my 6yo. a few swim suits for the same. I got matching t-shirts for my whole family for just $3.99. All of these things have already come in and I am quite pleased with the quality and cost. Ya'll should check it out if you haven't already. I pretty much stick to the outlet though, because I don't like paying full price for anything.

Tomorrow we are going to the Atlanta airport to watch the implosion of the old tower. They built a new one a while back. It is going to be pretty cool I think. I'm sure the kids will think so as well.

I have a DD8 who would love to have a friend to write to! Although this is our 4th DCL cruise, the last one (in March) was her first time in the lab, and she really didn't take to it very well, although she has enjoyed the club in the past. She is our only child, so we are always looking for playmates for her!

PM me if your DD would like to get emails! My DD loves to tell people her email address (has "tinkerbell" in it!)

Hi all, can't believe that in six weeks we will be sailing out to sea! It will be here in no time.

DH finally got home from the hospital yesterday evening. The gallbladder removal went well but the doctor said that it was terribly infected. He is in much more pain than he expected. I'm sure that he will be much better in a couple more days. He will be out of work for around four weeks. He says he feels quilty going on vacation after missing so much work. I am just glad that we have some savings for a rainy day because it has sure been pouring around here! Now comes the fun of dealing with Medical Mutual. They are already giving us trouble. Guess that is just the way it is nowadays.

Hope everyone has a good weekend. I am just glad to have DH home again. I am going to try to just relax and enjoy some free time until Tuesday when we will be babysitting DGD's full time again. It's been less than 24 hrs. since they have been over and I already miss them. I will probably be running over to visit them yet tonight. I must be crazy!

I got our tickets for MNSSHP today! I can't wait to go trick or treating down mainstreet! I havn't been trick or treating in many, many, many, well let's just say it's been a few years.

I must admit, I've had my mind on other things this summer, and haven't thought too much about the cruise. But I've been reading the boards everyday, and I am finally feeling the excitement! I even stopped by the chat room, but it confuses me, so I may stick to posting here.

Too funny! I just tried the cruise chat room for my first time ever in chat. I could not keep up. Chalked it up to being a grandma. Seems more like something for younger people. WldWcnWmn was there and tried to urge me on but to no avail. I'm glad to know that I am not the only one confused JNorris!

The next three weeks are going to be crazy here, going to NY and then getting both boys off to college. So I will start shopping for me the last week of August. None of my clothes fit so I need new everything. I really don't like shopping, but I guess I will have to. I hope they still have a good choice of bathing suits.

I just bought a suit from casual living... I usually don't buy suits through the mail, but it was only $19.99 and defered payments until November! I am a BIG GIRL...$19.99 for a suit is a good deal when you're my size! I am stoked! Hope it fits!

I just ran off the extra magic hours so we can start getting our dinner plans together. I had to do that off of allears but I couldn't get the regular hours the disney site wouldn't come up.

Did you guys noticed that the tickets for the park go up on sunday. We buy annuals becouse we go so much and they are going up $20.00. We have to go get our tickets tomorrow.

No, I don't think you scared anyone away. Normal people go to bed at respectable hours , unlike myself. They have probably all crashed. Unfortunately, I'm still up, but not for long. I was just trying to catch up on what I missed today. Looks like off to bed now for me too. I have an early day tomorrow. Yuck!! Aren't Saturday's for sleeping in? Oh well, not for me tomorrow.
