Merry,

Travel with a group was so much fun. We had two gramdma's along. They loved waching the kids have fun. We had atable in the dining room set for 16. We really got spoiled. I always had someone to walk with or sit in the pool with. The only down fall was not having time to meet other disers. But we had so much fun I wish we could keep doing the big family vacation. We had our own guide when we went snubaing and up the Dunns' River Falls.

Our first DCL was with our family and it was a total of 16 of us and it was great! I can't wait to do it again!

Your MIL can bunk with us, but I have to warn you she will be with 3 teenage girls so.....if she packs one pair of flip flops we may never find all of them. My girls will be somewhere in the pile of 30+ pairs...you know a girl can never have too many shoes

I am so looking forward to this cruise, my husband is back to work after 14 weeks from shoulder surgery, and I alas am working from the kitchen table as I am nursing my broken right ankle. Had I known we would all be home around this time I would have snuck in an April cruise-fracture boot and all.

Seems like we have a lot of new cruisers out there so welcome. I am a lurker and a reader but I do not post often-we will be there bright and shiny for the departure-you can bet on that.

Hi everyone! Hey, Purpletart! So glad my DBF could make it, and super glad you're coming with me and DD on the cruise. Man, I wish it were September. Have you guys seen the thread about Costa Maya and the Chac Chi beach? I think that's how you spell it, anyway...who's up for a little fence hopin'? I heard the snorkeling there is nice the beach is cleaner than Majahual; since Cozumel looks like a bust, I think that will be the best runner up. I talked DD into going snorkeling at CC with me and DBF. I told her she just HAD to see the sunken Mickey. She just hung out at the kid's club the last time we were at CC when she was 7 but I got the snorkeling set at Costcos for her this year (thanks DBF) and she tried it out last week at our local pool and said everything works great. It will be totally awesome to get to go CC twice! Did I mention I wish it were September? Did we agree to do a wine and cheese meet onboard? I am already trying to plan out the carry on luggage and cooler act. Who's got late seating, and why did you select it? Lemme' know, I am trying to decide if I wanna' keep the early seating I booked. O.k. enough rambling from me, carry on

I just got our Passports, did you guys know this?

We took our passports to Guest Relations each night before we were to arrive in a foreign port .. they had the Customs officer stamp the passports, then we'd pick them up later that afternoon.

Ha! Who knew! I wanna' stamp of Castway Cay (even though it doesn't actually say Castaway Cay) How cool is this?

Ok - Question #2 - did you enjoy the SNUBA, would you do it again?

Suba was a blast. We were a group of 11, from ages 10-65. Even the non swimmers loved it. Disney doesn't ahve an excursion for it. I am looking at doing it ourselves if we do get to go to cozmel. I have my dive certification but haven't used it in over 10 years. So this was easy.

This is my first cruise and my first time out of the country. I am looking forward to lots of fun.

Purpletart! Ha, we can't seem to conect over the phone, but looks like we were both online at the same time this AM. Still can't sleep uninterupted through the night Anyone have any ideas about dinner times? I am really rethinking main seating...ugh Got DD's pirate costume for pirate night! So cute I think I have the packing down to four boxes and five suitcases.....

Being form the west coast the idea of eating before the late dining time seems to early for us. As it is the 8:30 will still be 5:30 for us. But a week in WDW before the cruise might help, I was just concerned for when we get home how off schedule we will be.

Okay guys, what's up with my computer? The last two posts show a time of 11:06 and 11:07 AM. The problem is it is 1:20 PM. The time showing on my screne is correct. The time showing above my posts is not.

I too am at work. It is gorgeous out here at the beach too. So sitting in traffic with all the tourist isn't too bad when you can see the beautiful blue water most of the way. I wish I was a tourist this week, it's supposed to be rainy by the weekend.

Hope some of that rain makes it down here - we've had fire watches out almost every day since it's been so dry for so long.
