Guys are we really boring or are the Sept 17th 10 dayers just true blabber mouths. They have posted over 11,200 posts. I was impressed. I figure it must be a much bigger group.

I dont think we are boring a think a lot of us are shy or busy. I think our May cruise was at 45000 when we set sail? We are stil ltalking on that one by the way.

OhI will try for 1000 but it's going to be a very busy few weeks for me. I have to try to get enough done at the office that I will be able to go and actually enjoy my trip without worry about something getting overlooked. Plus, this past week I found out that I have two big hearings the Monday and Tuesday after I return. I either have to prepare for these before I go or take work with me. I really don't want to take it with me.

Excuses excuses! LOL Just joking !!!

Will they have the the chocolate souffle at the buffet? That's what she really wants to try because everyone keeps posting about how good it is. As for the salon's tweens/teens day, I've already tried that. I can't remember what the cut off age was, but my DD is still too young for that also. I asked her about the hair braiding and she said absolutely not.

My DD will be 9 when we go to WDW in Dec, and I'm sure that she will end up wanting to do BBB. All the pictures that have been posted have been of very little girls or older women. I don't think she will do a princess costum, but she'll end up wanting the makeover.

No souffle at buffet but ask PALO server for 2..should be no prob.
At BBB DD Taylor picked to be a popstar..

She is 9 going on 10 but more likely 19 going on 20! SHe is really getting on my nerves today.....sigh..parenthood no-one ever tells you that there will be times when you love your kids but dont like them very much. Lets just say I am ready for my adults only vacation with my honey

Wow you guys have been busy today.

Yes it is very hard to send these boys to college. I actually like my kids. Some people look forward to them going away. I miss them. I know they are doing what they should be. We raise them to go off, bit it all happened so soon. I don't know if being a military family and all the moving has made us closer but we all have fun together. We have spent a lot of time this summer just hanging out and playing games. It was a lot of fun. Next fall my oldest wants to do a semester in Spain. What a great experience, but soooooooooooo far away. So enjoy your children they grow up so fast.

I am looking forward to our first kidless vacation in 20 years every other cruise we have shared a cabin with kids and or kids and girlfriends. So this should be fun.

Gail I would think you could order a souffle to go. I have seen people just coem in and sit at the bar for dessert.

Four weeks from today I will be gaining some weight back and meeting all these fun new friends with a drink of the day in my hand. I can't wait for all that shrimp.

I am down 44 lbs. IT's amazing. Nothing I own fits any more, I am not a shopper but next week end I have to get some clothes. I am glad they relaxed the dress code. I can buy work clothes and wear them on the cruise.


I can't do chat next friday either. I play bunco once a month.

Hey, I'm trying! I figure we will really add on the post over the next fews because we will be getting more and more excited.

For those discussing packing, I think I am the worse. I already everything packed that we will not need to use the next four weeks. I plan to ship a box to the port. I am shipping everything that will be used up or that I plan to just leave behind. I am also shipping a collapsible duffle bag to help bring back all the stuff my DD buys. Can anyone tell me about what day I should try to ship that box?

Oh, I feel sorry for you. We call it the Mouse House. They have the worse pizza on the face of the Earth. Luckily, we don't have one locally, so I only seldomly get stuck going when we are out of town shopping etc. Our local equivalent is Gatti Town. It's basically the same thing, but the food is much better and is served as a buffet.

Joanne, congrats on the weight loss. When I booked this cruise, I promised myself that I would lose at least 40. I have started and stopped so many diets, so many times, over the last year that I have lost count. I would love 5-10, cheat and gain it all back. Long story short, I have 4 weeks and weigh about the same as I did when I booked the cruise. I have absolutely no will power.

I've been trying to find a bathing suit for myself. Let's just say I've added some tonnage since I bought the last one, and I'm having no luck. Well, I'm having luck, but not in my price range. I can't imagine spending $80+ dollars for a decent swimsuit. This is what I get for eating so many cookies.
