So to spark some conversation...if you were in charge of SSMC09 what theme would you pick for the cruise? How would you make that theme come true with guests, etc.? Come on be creative! Maybe we'll give DVC some ideas.

Linda - happy to hear your snow is going away. BTW are you on Facebook Linda? In addition to all the Member Cruisers on there I think you'll find a good number of people from the '04 10 day cruise as well.

I've never been on Facebook. Guess I need to figure it out sometime.........

Still very cold here in CT 18 degrees currently ... wind has been howling for a week.

I booked Kadani Village savana view for our stay just prior to the cruise. It will be my birthday so I always want to celebrate it at wdw if i can.

If anyone has the micky sculpture from last yeast cruise and wants to seel it i am interested in buying it.

other than that not much new on my end, getting back to normal thank goodness.

So what were some of past themes ...it might inspire me.

Dianne - here are the ones I remember:

2005 - Happiest Celebration at Sea (to tie in with the 50th anniversary of Disneyland which I believe was called Happiest Celebration on Earth).

2006 - Celebrating Magical Milestones

2007 - Disney Legends

2008 - Disney Inspirations


To me the one that worked best overall was the Disney Legends one, but Happiest Celebration at Sea came in a close second.

So what does everyone think? What would your theme be? What guests would you bring and why?

Just thought I would jump over here to say HI to all our 2008 Members Cruise friends.
Nancy is off to work again today so she has left me things to do.
She wasn't planning on working today but the teacher she subbed for yesterday called her last night and asked her to do it today also.
Three days in a row Wow
As Nancy says just helps the Cruise fund.
