I just check Allegiant and they fly out of are Rockford airport with is closer then O hare. It is allot smaller to with is nice. Thanks I will have to keep checking for Air fare.


They have the block blocked off where the fire was. Still trying to figure out what started it. Sure looks weird. And the computer situation sucks! Long story. Thanks for asking though.

Flo, I hope that you will be ok. I'm sure you are probably stiff and sore today. Just take it easy.

You are so right I am very sore. Every bone in my body hurts. My knees are ok. My left is a little swelled but I have ligament damage in it. I did hurt my middle finger on my left hand. I have it in a splint. I had my purse in that had. I will survive. The only bad thing is I am a lefty. So I am not typing very well.

Oh well If that is the worst I will take it.

Flo - the only bad thing is that Allegiant does not fly into Orlando, they fly into Sanford. So no Magical Express for us! But, we are hoping to maybe do the pirate dinner theater or something that you have to drive to. The good thing is that it is a direct flight from Des Moines to Sanford. Only one plane to deal with!

Yes, they asked if I needed any thing. I said no. But I am sure I am on there survalence if any thing goes wrong. I was so mad at myself.

For the weather. It is low 40's here today. There is lots of melting going on and lots of lakes popping up all over. They are even talking maybe thunderstorms for Monday! How weird is that!

Rain here on Monday to. But with all the snow melting the lakes are going to start to go over and flooding is going to start. That is not good.

And they are already worried about the ice going out of the rivers here. We had major flooding in the state last year. I hope it doesn't get like that again this year.

I am with you on that one. The last time it flooded areound here it took me 4 1/2 hours to get to work instead of the 20 minutes. Now that I am not working it would not matter. but I would be worried about the basement. Sub Pumpes can only do so much.

We live along the Des Moines river and our road floods when the river is high. Luckily it is up the road from where we are so we are not affected. Plus we live up on a hillside so we don't get water in the basement. Luckily. Bobby has worked really hard to divert the water that comes off the hillside behind us and makes it go around the house. But one of the gals I work with has a horrible time with flooding in her basement. I think she gets water in there every year. Good thing it is not a finished basement!

We are not near a lake but there is no place for the water to go becasue of the building. I just wish they would leave some land alone. In this exonomy there are so many empty houses and business. We also have alot of low streets around here.

Oh, boy, Bobby and Becca are having a movie marathon of Die Hard today. How much Bruce Willis will I have to endure!!!! No, I like the shows too. Just some times too much blood and guts, oh, and the language! Good thing I'm on the computer plus I have to get supper started and I'm busy doing . My Sunday as usual.

Plus, we need to go see the BIL sometime today too. The gals I work with got him a prayer shawl from their church. What a nice thing for them to do, and we need to give it to him before he goes up to Mayo Clinic for 6 weeks.
