We are having a heat wave here in IL. It is a 28 already with a hight of 38 today.

Ooooo 32 weeks! Its sounding better and better!

My brother is coming over to watch the game today. So I'm going to make some munchies. The kids don't care so much about the football as they do the food and Uncle Kevin. (He is the fun "pull-my-finger" uncle. )

It's all, "Mom are you gonna make that taco dip?", "Mom, where are those little hot dog thingys?" "Mom, can you make those sausage things?" "Mom, can you please, please make those chicken wings?"

So even though there will only be four of us, I end up making enough food for 12 of us just so that everyone gets their favorites.

It'll be fun though!

So let's start heading to Castaway Cay - around 6 in the morning not too many people watch the sunrise. So I thought I would share it with everyone, to help get out of the cold

My dh has the same birthday! Small world!

COOL!!! I saw Kelly's BD is the day after mine...I am 2/27 and she is 2/28! Must be why we have some same interests!

I have not been shopping since 11/20 when I had my knees done...and I stopped into the scrapbooking store in Hershey...and everything was 20% off...they NEVER have a sale. I have been scapbooking on my bed, of all things...thank goodness it is kingsize and DH has been in our guest room since I had my knees done...I don't sleep at all and he has to go to work...
but I got over 20 pages done this past week. The store had so much cool Disney stuff I have never seen. Wonder why WDW doesn't have good scrapbooking stuff? They just have the same thing everytime I am there.
Anyone from the Orlando area know of a good scrapbooking store for Disney stuff? We always rent a car and I would venture out to find something when we go in May. Hopefully my "magic legs" will be working better by then. UGH.

I am a little worried that all I could get was an inside room on our cruise. I can't even remember where it is...I have to start searching for that darn reservation. DH says he needs at least a window....but our last 2 cruises, he never went onto our veranda. We were really fortunate and were assigned to this HUGE handicapped room with the biggest verdanda...you could have put 30 people on there but it was so hot we never went out on it. Then it was so cold in Dec we never went on the other veranda we had. I figured with 2 trips to Castaway Cay we wouldn't be in the room much at all...and I want to see everyone possible who appears on our trip. I am so so excited about that.

Mary, I haven't forgotten about you. I am going to consult with my Chief on Monday when I return to work...email me as soon as you know more, ok?

Love you guys. Gotta find my room number so I can get my information on the list. I have the funniest picture my crazy son in law added a caption to that I will post later...he is a nut...it's of me and DH in Chocolate World on the tour ride...and he added a caption..."Listen, Bob, this isn't the tunnel of love".....I laughed for probably a half hour on and off...at my age that struck me so funny.

2) Are you doing anything special for the Superbowl? Nope, the most special thing we'll be doing is using the DVR on it but that is only to catch any commercials we might miss.

Thanks for posting about the Puppy Bowl! My kids think that is the cutest thing ever. I'm getting last minute things done before my brother shows up, but I keep getting distracted by the giggling in the living room.

Yes, we'll watch it for the commercials.

Nothing special. Mike is at work (they are having a taco party if that counts).

Don't care who wins. Maybe the Steelers because I used to be a Browns fan so at least I somewhat followed the Steelers.

And we DVR'd the Puppy Bowl and are now at the Kitty Halftime show.
