Annmarie you can get a jar of them at Home Depot for just a couple of bucks. We always bring extra with us and bring them to the DIS meet if you need one. We even have DIS green.

Were in the world did you get DIS green? Home Depot? Mine were just clear. I am going to look for the green.

I'm pretty sure it was Home Depot. Mark will know for sure. It is a canister filled with different colors. So we pull the green out and use them for the cruises and we use the other colors at home.

Wow, I can't believe how active this thread is already! I'm in awe. I just found the dis in mid September before our October 25th cruise. And I have been addicted since. My DH thought that once our cruise was over I would not be on the computer as much. But I tell ya what, I can't get off. Now with having the members cruise booked and seeing you all chatting already, it just makes it more fun as we work our way to September of 2009!!!

The information is very helpful. This will be our 2nd members cruise and number 5 with Disney. We love them. I wish we would have found the boards long ago.

I'll have to look next time I'm in there(all too frequently), it was a while ago they had those ones in a jar, I'm not even sure they still do the Mickey head paintchips.

Last year I was told by one of my DIS friends that was doing the fish extenders to tie it on with a wire tied (will bring extra). This way they do not disappear. But like Mary said I have never found any of the gifts to disappear. Also, the magnets. I got my first DVC on the last cruise and that I did find on someone else’s door. I just put back on mine. It was just the kids. No harm done.

The door magnates we make we always put are First name and room on it.

We are next to the "secret" deck on deck 7 so we get to see all the weddings and the little kids have some of their activities out there, so much fun!

I am that way with Lowe's. I can spend hours in there. By me we have a Home Depot and on the other a Lowes's. The best of both worlds.

That must be fun to see the little ones activities and the Weddings.
Last year was the first time a magnet was mosed in 4 cruises.

Yes, we usually by the trip insurance. One never knows what could happen. Also, since this is during hurricane season I want to make sure I have it just in case. I have checked out other in insurance but always seam to come back and use the one through Disney.

It is a good question though. Has any one used insurance other then the one through Disney?

We usually get Travel Guard because our son has a disabilitly and the
Disney insurance doesn't cover preexisting conditions as well as Travel Guard

I found this place back in 2002 and find it also to be addicting. Unfortunately, other things can get in the way!

I'm tired! It wasn't really training but I don't know what else to call it. We are implementing a new software at our company and I'm on the implementation team (the full implementation is going to take about 9 months). This week is the first start where a representative from the company comes in and spends 3 days with us learning how we do things now. So I'm in meetings all day with him and then we take him out to lunch. Today was really crazy as we had lots of very animated discussions. Tomorrow will be more of the same but at least I'm off on Friday.
