Good morning everyone - happy Wednesday!

Wierd weather heading our way with a possible ice storm. Yuck! I'm hoping we just get more cold rain and no ice.

I have two short weeks as we get both Thursday and Friday off this week and next. So lots to get done in very little time, but two nice 4 day weekends.

Robbie - sorry to hear about your Mom. I will keep you and her in my thoughts and prayers.

We are having an ice stom here like Mary said. it is bad by me. If I look out my window all I can see is ice all over. It is supposed to stop by 12:00 so we will see.

Dave - Safe travles today. hope you don't have what we have.

Sad about Roy Disney.

Brooke has her christmas program tonight. She said she is in everything. She will be playing the in the Jazz Band and the concert band. She plays the trombone. Then she will be singing in the concert choir, chamber choir, and show choir. She said she has got two solo parts and in a quartet during the chorus part. She is so busy between all the music and basketball, it is hard to keep up with her some days.

Hi everyone! I can't believe that it has been so long since I posted. My trip to WDW this month was a lot of fun, but I don't think that I will do another December trip (except maybe a long weekend) for a few years. It is just too crazy trying to get ready for Christmas after taking a week+ vacation in early December.

2 more days of work for me until we are shut down until Jan.

Things have been crazy since I got home last week, especially since my mother ended up in the hospital the day after I got home. She is still in ICU but has seen some small improvements this week.

Hope Mom is better soon!!

I know I have been MIA, but I was working hard on DGD baby quilt, Missed you all and thought about you offten, Sounds like you all have been very busy.

Glad all of the adventures to WDW have been good ones, reading about them brings back so many good memories.

Joanne, sounds like you have been very busy, but it sounds like it was fun!

I my self finished the Baby Quilt last night late, presents are wrapped, house is pretty clean, And my DD family of six will be arriving soon. and won't leave until Sunday afteroon,,,I am going to be soooo tired. Visiting inlaws tonight and my side tomorrow.

So to all a Merry Christmas, and to all a good night, may all of you have safe travels.

Hi everyone! Thanks for all the wonderful good wishes. I got some good (not great but good news). It wasn't anything they felt was a concern at this time. So no biopsy needed. I do have to go back in 6 months for a follow-up which could lead to a biopsy or could prove it is nothing. So for now I'm breathing a sigh of relief and ready to enjoy the holiday!

Dianne - what a beautiful quilt.

Yesterday morning was challenging when I went to the store. Are street was all ice. But it has started to melt and is now raining. But they say more snow on the way.

Merry Christmas, Everyone. I hope everyone is having a lovely, safe, and healthy Christmas. We are getting buckets of rain, but no complaints here; we're glad it's not snow, because it would be up to the roofs w/what we had last week. There'll be a lot of flooding though, what with the rain and the melting snow. But we did have a white Christmas for the first time in I don't know how many years!

Mary, I pray all continues to go well for you.

Dianne, the quilt is beautiful. No wonder you've been preoccupied.

Flo - hope the ice goes away quickly. We have it here too. Then it snowed like 6-9 inches on top!

Hope everybody's Christmas celebrations were good. Ours was. We were up early and had a good day all around. My sister and her family came over for the afternoon. Sad that it is over already. I hate taking down the decorations.

I think we are going to brave the outside and take the girls shopping for a while today. They got some money for Christmas and are excited to spend it. So why not while the sales are on!

The ice melted and now we are getting hammered with snow By me we got about a foot of it already. We have done the drive 2 times already.

We to had a great Christmas. It was just the 3 of us. That was fun.
