Dianne - wow, long day. Thank goodness it is only once a month.

Hey Dave - what's up? How is the dieting going? And your travel plans for December? I'm sure you are getting excited about going down for the holidays.

We put our Christmas tree up last Sunday. I know. I didn't know when else I would get it done. Still have the rest of the decorations to get out, but the big thing is the tree and that is done. I do like to have the lights on and it looks so pretty and peaceful.

Hey gang,

We've got less than 3 weeks til our next trip to WDW. I'm really looking forward to seeing the parks in their Christmas best, especially the castle. We'll be bringing one of our DDs; she started at Geico a year ago and really needs a break. I'm praying the weather is nice and the crowds are low (hey, it could happen). But I know we'll enjoy whatever happens.

Dave, when is your trip?

Chris, I'm glad you had a fun vacation.

Dianne, thanks for the pics. How was your experience hosting the party? Would you do it again?

Mary, how are you feeling?

Joanne, when do you leave for your trip - I'm so jealous of all of you who will be there at Christmas! It's my very favorite time at WDW. I love the decorations and lights and music - and well, everything!!

Okay, I've been promising pictures from the Disney Christmas Carol Train Tour so here they are:

This would have been a great shot if these people hadn't walked in - oh well!

As Disney does everything right, they set up lights with "snow" outside the train and even had live Carolers singing!

The interior was filled with costumes and portraits of the stars.

And original Charles Dickens manuscripts and letters.

And DH and DS at the end of the train.

Joanne - Bolt is much better. We took him yesterday for a check up and the vet is real happy the way it is healing. He has to go back again in another week. This will be for about a month. Thanks for asking.

I would do it again in a heartbeat, I really did not get much out of it other and being able to share my experiences with others. But we had a great time, with our friends.

Dave - great job on the weight loss! I'm finally getting back on the Wii fit regularly but haven't really lost anything yet. Right now I'm trying to get my strength up for walking around WDW!

Joanne - thanks for asking. Overall I'm feeling great. Still trying to get my stamina back to where it was but day to day feeling great!

Flo - I guess I missed something. Did something bad happen to Bolt? Our one mama cat has been missing since before we went to WDW for the weekend. She hasn't been around at all. Not sure what happened to her. She was such a good cat. She had a very pretty coat on her. We haven't seen her in the ditch so we don't think she got hit by a car so maybe another animal got her . We just don't know. She was mostly an outside cat. We just let her in to eat and relax for a while then she would want to go back outside. The girls miss her. There is still hope that she will show back up someday.

For everyone going to WDW here in the near future, have a VERY MERRY TIME! I'm jealous, even though I was just there .

Happy Wednesday! It's Hump Day! We used to have a radio station where they always said that everyone should wear a hawaiian shirt on hump day!

Speaking of Hawaii, we just signed up to do the Spirit of Aloha dinner show for the very first time. Has anyone else done it lately and did you like it? And I'm hoping that the weather will be good enough in January because it is open-air and dependent on the weather. So we'll see - but I hope it's good.

Hoping to finish the other bedroom today. Have a happy one everyone!

Flo - I guess I missed something. Did something bad happen to Bolt? Our one mama cat has been missing since before we went to WDW for the weekend. She hasn't been around at all. Not sure what happened to her. She was such a good cat. She had a very pretty coat on her. We haven't seen her in the ditch so we don't think she got hit by a car so maybe another animal got her . We just don't know. She was mostly an outside cat. We just let her in to eat and relax for a while then she would want to go back outside. The girls miss her. To make a long story short. I was out side playing catch with Bolt and his football. I threw the football and he did not pay attention to were he was going. He ran into the side of a 4x4 wood post. He kept shaking his head. Took him to the Vet on Monday (This happened on Sunday) he had a concussion and a ruptured ear drum. Oh and besides that he has an ear infection. They said it could take months to weeks for it to heal. So now we are in a wait and see part. I can tell he is better but not himself.

Hope your cat comes back. That is so sad.
