That was in the lobby of the Grand Floridian. There was also a display at Boardwalk that year that was part gingerbread and part chocolate. They were all gorgeous and they also display plaques (also made of chocolate!) that tells you how many pounds of each ingredient they use to make it!!

Most of the resorts do something that is Gingerbread or Candy related in a large display. I believe either the Boardwalk or the Yacht Club does a Carousel and the other does a train village with an amusment park. One year one of them had Santas workshop and it was made of Ginger Bread and Choclate. There is also a large Gingerbread house that they setup in the front of the QS location in American Adventure. I know that we stayed at Animal Kingdom Lodge over Christmas one year and the small pond / fountain area outside of Boma is all a small Ginger Bread village with animals made from either chocolate or marzipan. It is worth travelling to all the different resorts and seeing what each resort chef created for the season. There was a special on either the Food Network or the Travel Channel that Raven hosted that talked about all of the special Christmas things back in 2005. I'm not sure they air it anymore but about now is when they start showing some of that stuff.

All I know is you go to a seperate line and everything is ready when you get there. Chris has done this before so she could probibly answer that better. This is my first time.

Hi Yes finally nice here. It is suppose to be a nice week. I am looking forward so much to this trip. Need time to relax and unwind. Room was very quiet yesterday

i actual have three okw, boardwalk and blt. We have never stayed at blt but will do that after the cruise this time. We like boardwalk for the activity and okw when we want to just kick back.

I am sure staying at BLT is going to be a treat. To be able to look at the Magic Kingdom. That is great.

We are going to try staying there some time this winter! I visited before they opened and I loved the decor!

which place are you going to try to stay at blt or saratoga. what I really like is I can get split stays a few days at blt for mk things and then a few days at boardwalk for epcot and hollywood things.

Came out to camp because DH is still working and had brought DS with him. It's a little closer to come right here from mom's, so he said to come on out after I was done and we'd take a swim before we go home. He's finishing up putting a new gate across the access road, so I thought I'd get on his computer and chat! So please - somebody chat with me!!! I'm so excited about the vacation. Having talked to all of you before hand makes it seem more like a big reunion of sorts rather than just our family. I can't wait!!!
