Just a little one it seems. Lots of branches and a few trees here and there. Haven't heard about any large damage - yet!

It was pretty nasty though! I was a bit edgy. DH thought about going out - he's been watching too much of the Discovery channel's Storm Chasers!!

When I was on the Disney Wonder in April, Guest Services was no longer putting out luggage tags on the table for us to pick up if we needed extras. I guess they caught on to our scrapbooking fettish. I will check when I am on the ship on August 13-16.

Speaking of scrapping- I am hoping that there are plenty of scrapbook items available to purchase on the cruise... perhaps a book etc? does anyone know?I know I have not seen the cruise stuff at the Downtoen Disney store- so I am hoping they have it on the boat?!

In April, there was a 2009 scrapbook and then there were a couple of different scrap packages of papers and stickers (12 x 12 size). I'll take a look at that too and report back.

Hi everyone! Anyone have plans for the weekend? My sister Patty & the kids came up tonight for the weekend. Since tomorrow is supposed to be nice out, we are planning on heading to the White Mountains for the day.

My goodness! I can't believe Friday is almost over!! This has been a long week with MD appointments, working (luckily a few days from home), and tomorrow,we will going to our niece's engagement party. I hope the weather hold out and it's a beautiful day.

I didn't get caught up on the past 10 pages or so but congrats to whoever won and this week. I hope everyone who needs and
get some relief.

It looks like I'll be using a cane on this cruise. We met with the surgeon and he thinks it would be too risky to do it before the cruise due the fact the wound will need to heal.

Ok, I have plans for tomorrow.

1st, I plan on being at Union Station before 9 a.m. The Disney Christmas Carol Train has arrived. I want to enjoy it before everyone in St. Louis finds out that it has arrived.

2nd We got are wood for the new front porch today, so we will be working on building the new porch,

Just realized today, I still need to make more FE gifts.

Ask your room steward for a diaper genie and they will be happy to get one for the room for you.



DCL has year specific scarpbooks and kits. In addition you get a lot of "papers" from DVC that I've added to my scrapbooks. One thing I always do is get a second copy of the daily navigator. That way I have one to put in my scrapbook and one that I can write on etc.



They do have milk available at the 24 hour beverage station. I don't think they have juice. You can also order both milk and juice from room service at no charge.

There is a fridge in the room which is labeled a cooler. Some think it doesn't keep things cold enough but we've never had a problem. We usually take some cartons of milk from the buffet in the morning and put them in the cooler to enjoy later. I'll also grab one or two cereal bowls (the kind you just take the top off and add milk) to have a snack at some point.

Below is the list of people that are participating in the Fish Extender exchange so far.

If you need the information on what the Fish Extender is all about or would like to know who to notify if you would like to par take, please see the first post on the first page of this thread.
The ones that have ** in front of them have one adult in the room. The ones that have *** have 3 adults in the room and the ones that have **** have 4 adults in a room.

So far there are 31 cabins.

Please keep in mind the cut off to participate in the Fish Extender exchange is August 12, 2009. This way it gives everyone time to get there items.
