Hello my fellow SSM09 Cruisers!

Below is the list of people that are participating in the Fish Extender exchange so far.

If you sent me and e mail or PM and do not see your name please re send. I do not have it, sorry.

Also, everyone has two in the room except were I have it listed.
If you need the information on what the Fish Extender is all about or would like to know who to notify if you would like to par take, please see the first post on the first page of this thread.

The ones that have ** in front of them have one adult in the room. The ones that have *** have 3 adults in the room and the ones that have **** have 4 adults in a room.


So far there are 30 cabins.
Please keep in mind the cut off to participate in the Fish Extender exchange is August 12, 2009. This way it gives everyone time to get there items.
If any one would like a list with room numbers and such before the SSM09 send me an e mail (girlwolf@excite.com) or PM me your e mail address and after the cut off I will send you the spreadsheet.

Since so many of us are saying that we are celebrating our anniversaries on board, maybe we should try to find an evening in one of the lounges where we could make a Toast!!

You can not see the wonder on the port cam today. The other ship in front of if is blocking it. So I set a timer to tell me when it is 5:00 so I don't forget the Ron cam.

Anniversaries :we will be married 31 years on October 14th. So since we will be on the cruise a month from the date we will celebrate there.

I just love the Ron cam. You can watch the ship for a long time. I also like at the one part how close it is.

I hope everyone had an enjoyable weekend. DS is doing much better. The pediatrician has released him to go back to daycare. Thank you all for the well wishes. He was able to go to a birthday party yesterday and had a blast. He did not take a nap at all yesterday so he was really pooped when we got home last night. I was glad that he was able to enjoy himself.

We are half way between our two cruises this year. It's been 56 days since we sailed last and 56 days until the member cruise.

Even though we took the land/ sea it was not long enough, It was great though, I felt a little rushed on the land portion, a lot of land to cover. We went in Sept. I think we should have gone in June or July. We used Princess for it. Ww did the inside passage got off in Whittaker, made stops on the train for Denali, and Mt. Mckinnley on our way to Fairbanks, I would do the land portion first, if I were you, then you could relax on the ship.

But it was a fantastic trip.

That's an excellent idea! Thanks! I'm thinking that I may want one that has a longer land portion and a shorter cruise just because there is so much on the land to see.

I don't know about the rest of you but I am getting excited! The day I was able to secure a cabin, I started a weekly countdown in my office so everyone can see. Once the weeks were less than 100 days, I changed the countdown to days. Some people may think this is crazy but there are about5 people in my department now own DVC. Anyway, besides for Mary's weekly update (totally appreciated) do you have a special way to count down the weeks/days/hours/minutes/seconds

Does any one know if the restaurants in Down Town Disney or any part of Disney excoept for DCL accept Visa Gift Cards for payment? We have the chance to get them through are bank for free.

Congrats on the Pirate, Chris!

It's really funny about our anniversaries. We're "celebrating" on the cruise since we will be at WDW before and actually back home on our real date.

We were on the Big Red Boat in 1992.

Our anniversary is Sept. 1st, so we'll be celebrating a little bit after the fact.

Gosh, I am getting so excited. I plan on celebrating my B-day on the cruise. Since I will never get to celebrate @ WDW or DCL until after I retire, since I am not allowed to take the first week of the month for Vacation

Dianne, since my b'day falls on 12/27, you can believe I'll NEVER get to celebrate it at WDW! But, you know, that's small change compared to taking our DDs and DGDs to WDW .

The only thing I don't like about the member cruises it doesn't go to a port of call. Only Cast a way cay. BUT we love the entertainment that DVC has had the last 4 cruises..... This is why we keep coming back.

Good morning everyone - happy Monday!

Welcome Frank and Rosemary! Nice to see you sailing with us again. Got your e-mail and will be updating the web page this week.

We celebrated our anniversary in 2006 on the Member Cruise and our actual anniversary was 2 days later where we celebrated with friends at 'Ohana and then the fireworks cruise. It was fun. This year since it is a month a way we won't be celebrating it on the cruise but we are celebrating getting to cruise with good friends.

Marsha - so glad that DS is feeling much better and can go back to day care.

My countdown here is the only way I really celebrate it but I always have my jounal with me and will refer to it to make notes and plans.
