:goodvibes Good morning everyone! It is a beautiful day here, sunny and clear.

Glad you are home Sue, our cats miss us too when we are on vacation.

We are off to the AKL tomorrow morning. We have never stayed at this resort and are excited to have a room in the concierge area. We are doing the Wanyama Safari on Monday evening. Has anyone done this before and did you like it?

Have a wonderful weekend everyone!

Ravonne

Have lots of fun at AKL, Ravonne. Sounds like a great trip. Does the Wanyama Safari come with your room since you are in the concierge area? What does the Safari cover - where does it go? Love to see photos when you get back.

I think it's time for another teaser, just can't wait to be here...

By primitive you mean Motel 6 rather than a Disney resort.

:rotfl2: I'm with you!

Good morning all.

It's good to see so many new cruisers join the thread.

One question, when you make ADR's do you do it through DVC or through the dining phone number? I always do them through DVC and have no problems, not long wait times, and usually get what I want and am off the phone within 10-15 minutes. I just hear of folks having a hard time, long hold times and then not getting where they want when they call the WDW Dine number. So I just wondered what everyone uses.

I have always called the ADR line instead of using DVC.

Have a great time! I am hoping to do the Waynana safari on one of my upcoming trips.

Anyone staying at the Animal Kingdom Lodge (Jambo House & Kidani Village) can take part in the Wanyama Safari. Those staying in a concierge level room get a break on the price. For concierge guests, it's $160 per person, all others will pay $210. There is also a minimum age of 8 to participate. The safari takes place on the grounds of the hotel and a family style dinner at Jiko follows. That's about all I can tell you now as we are doing it after the member cruise.

Good morning Member Cruisers!
We sail in 11 weeks!

Oh thank heaven we are at eleven! :)

Good morning Mary and Mark

Just though I would jump over and say Hi. We are hoping to get summer weather here soon. The whole month of June has been wet.
In two weeks Nancy and I head to York Beach for our annual two week stay. This will be our 38 yr.
As far as our Cruise in Oct we have dicided to take Joanne ideas. She said she would be our tour guide seeing she was in ST Thomas and ST Martins in May. We plan on doing some snorkling. The last time we did it was on CC on the 2007 Memberes. Remember M<ary you and Mark were snokling at the same time and you went out to see Mickey and the water was so cloudy he was hard to find:rotfl:.
We sure had a fun cruise. These are times Nancy and I will always remember. We will have to do a e do of the 2008 sometime.

My, my ELEVEN WEEKS sure sounds great! Tomorrow would sound better - but they say good things come to he who waits - I'm just not usually that patient! :rotfl:

Happy day here in Jersey - the sun is out - DH and youngest DS just left for a week at Boy Scout summer camp - and middle DS just popped in from North Carolina for a weekend visit - I'm in heaven!

Monika - thanks for asking. Not doing too bad. Of course I'll be a lot better when chemo is over and we are headed to the cruise. :)

Where in Jersey are you?
Grew up in Camden. My parents still live there so I come back home often.
