I have been thinking about one not sure the route yet ipad vs kindle vs other options to late for this cruise but maybe next time

If you are looking for a computer and an ereader then an ipad is the way to go. Plus ipads are costly. Kindle has new ones out now...one is $139.00 and not sure what the other one is. I am not familiar with the Nook (Barnes & Noble) or the Sony.

Monika - Yes that would be great to see your Kindle. We have been looking at the Sony ones. I'm just not sure yet because I am so technoligically challenged. But I always have a book with me so it may be just the ticket for me.

Chris...right now my Kindle has 110 books. The Kindle holds up to 1500 books. Through Amazon.com you can also manage your books. Very easy to use. I always have a book with me too. I just love to read.

Wow. 110 books. That is amazing. What kind of books do you like to read? I love Nora Roberts, Sandra Brown, LaVeryle Spencer. Anything with a little suspense, murder, mystery, romance. Not really into violent ones or scary ones. When you are looking at books for your Kindle can you read a little about it before getting it. Kinda like you would read the back of the book before buying it. Trying to figure this out.

When I look for books, I can have a sample sent to my kindle. A sample is anywhere from 1-3 chapters.

Well, I know I'm early to the party. Just excited I guess. Have the camera up at port canaveral and it looks kinda cloudy. I think the Royal Caribbean ship is getting ready to sail soon. Then we will be able to see the Wonder without obstruction. At least I hope.

I just realized I'm not listed on the 1st page with my name and location on the ship . Should I be worried that I wasn't added to the FE and will not be included in the meet & greet?
