Hugs are fine with me.
Last year, we were in WDW in Feb. '09 with our extended family. Another person who I had been chatting with on the '09 member cruise thread was there at the same time. We were both staying at AKV. She saw DH and went up to him & siad "hello" & then came over to me and we gave each other a hug like we were old friends who had not seen each other in a long time. This was our first face-to-face meeting. DH was wondering who was this strange woman. The other family members was wondering the same thing too. Once I told DH how we "knew" each otherhe explained to the other folks. It was a funny moment.
On the cruise, DH would come back to the room and tell me people were saying hello to him on the elevators or in the halls and calling him by his name. He knew it had to be my DIS buddies.

I am terrible with remembering names and faces. As it is I keep a cheat sheet at my desk for Dis names = real names

I am a hugger too - raised in an Italian family - I had to be careful when I started social work - you know there are boundries -!!!!
I am glad there are other huggers!!
I know what you mean about the boundaries

I am glad to know there are other huggers too

DH is getting used to me talking about you all - he laughs when he doesn't know a name I say and says they must be from "your disney chats"!!!
Wally does the same thing!
