I hope the weather cooperates while you're there and that you won't actually need the gloves after all. But, you know how the saying goes: "A cold day at Disney is better than a warm day at home!"

I just checked the weather and the high is going to be in the 60's and the low will be in the 40's. I will definitely be needing my gloves and winter wear. Uhm, northerners... I can hear you laughing at me. That's ok, my mom just called and told me she is trying to find thermal underwear Of course none of the stores down here have any

I am with you Marsha - 60s I would have my tank and capris on with possibly a hoodie for the evening oh and flip flops!!!

Yesterday was a crazy day at work for me so I didn't get to pop on to say hi and then I went to BINGO!!!! with my mom and aunt - we didn't win but had fun anyway!!!

This morning things are a little less hectic until I have to go to work this afternoon !!!!

Terrie - hope the weather warms up a little for you. But I'm in agreement with the others, 60 sounds wonderful. Have a great time!

And this morning DH told me how many days until the cruise. He already has it on the counter that we have on the computer. I can't remember for sure but something like 189 or 198 . Guess I wasn't paying attention to him. But it will be here before we know it!

On a Disney cruise we stopped at Key West once. It was about 68 degrees. All the locals were wearing long pants, hats and sweat shirts, and here we come with t-shirts and shorts and sandals - wasn't hard for them to know we "weren't from around here." Here at home we got to 36 yesterday and we're so happy that it was above freezing! That's Wisconsin for you!

Actually, I'm just jealous. We hope to one day move down south a bit, maybe to South Carolina or something. I'm looking forward to 40 degrees feeling cold, rather than reminding us of summer!

The days are getting longer so it wasn't dark when I left work. Soon DS and I will be able to play outside when we come home.

Terrie - have a WONDERful vacation!!!!

Everyone else - have a WONDERful FRIDAY!!!!! I got most of my laundry done last night AND got some work done on the fish extender gifts!! I'm still waiting for some items to arrive in the mail before I can finish everything. (I'm making/buying extras of everything in anticipation of more families signing up) I think I'm going shopping today for the materials to make my fish extender. Then I can work on that this weekend. If I'm feeling brave enough to conquer it. I'm doing a sew-free version because I do not sew!!!

Terrie have a great time - can't wait to hear about it when you return!!

We have a crazy weekend and I am losing my mind. 4 birthday parties in 2 days!!!! I am trying to whittle it down to one each day but of course DD5 does not understand why we can't do it all!!! Throw in there her theater class tomorrow AM and church and the weekend is my nightmare!!! Oh wait just the joys of parenthood!!!!

EVERYONE, ITS FRIDAY SUNNY AND SNOW ALMOST GONE GOING UP TO NEAR 50 TODAY. WE LEAVE THIS WED SO I HOPE IT GETS WARMER DOWN THERE. BUT EVEN IF ITS COOL PEOPLE WILL KNOW WE ARE CANADIAN WITH OUR SHORTS AND SHORT SLEEVES IN 40 DEGREE WEATHER.
ANYONE ELSE GOING TO BE THERE FROM THE 10th to the 17th of MARCH?
WELL I MUST GO OUT FEED THE BIRDS And DO SOME YARD SPRING GARDENING.

This weekend it is supposed to be in the 50s! We do not have any plans. We will play it by ear. I know DS wants to play outside so we will do that. I will also read my Disney Files magazine. I see it has some pictures of the new ship and the dates for the 2011 Members Cruise - Sept. 18 -22, 2011.

We will be arriving Monday morning by 10:00 a.m. I'm guessing. We have a dinner reservation at 5:30 over in EPCOT. It would be great if we could cross paths sometime. Tuesday I know the only thing planned is breakfast at CRT! We will have our laptop with us too.

Oh, and my DH usually wears in red DVC hat too! Plus he always has a disney button up shirt on.

MORNING, HOPEFULLY I GET MY LAPTOP HOOKED UP TO INTERNET AS SOON AS WE GET THERE, LAST TIME IN DEC I HAD A PROBLEM BUT THE TECHIE TALKED ME THRU IT. I KNOW WE USE A LOT OF SHORT FORMS ON HERE, IM TRYING TO FIGURE OUT CRT I'LL PROBABLY FIGURE IT OUT ABOUT AN HOUR LATER WHEN IT HITS ME IM HAVING A BRAIN FART JUST ORDERED OUR GROCERIES FROM GARDEN GROCER FOR THE FIRST TIME. IM GOING TO CALL THEM TO MAKE SURE I DID IT RIGHT THERE WILL BE 6 OF US HOPEFULLY I CAN DIRECT THEM IN YOUR DIRECTION WHERE AT EPCOT ARE YOU DINING, I MIGHT BE ABLE TO TALK EVERYONE INTO GOING TO EPCOT TO DO THE FRONT PART AND DW AND MYSELF WILL WALK AROUND WORLD SHOWCASE, IM WANTING TO SEE AND PHOTOGRAPH THE TOPIARIES.

My DD6 saw TestTrackBoy's picture of the pool and said "Is that our boat?" So, of course I said "Yep, that's our boat!" And she said "Why did they put a picture of OUR boat on there?"

That's my girl!!!!

Someone replied that maybe because the kids hear them say "Welcome Home" for DVC Members, that's why the kids think it's "OUR" boat. I think they may be drilling it into their heads in the kids clubs.

Too cute. DS2 says it is Mickey's boat and asks when are we going again? He is the only 2 year old I know who talks about cruising. He was so happy to be on the ship.
