Ian - my dad and I were laughing last night about how automatic ours is compared to the pool we had when I was a kid - we don't have to put cholrine in, backflush maybe once a month, all you do is cover and uncover - we use a solar blanket!!!! And since I am the family grass cutter - the less grass the better - we own nearly an acre so I NEED less to cut!!!

We were talking about DISdreams the other day and I had a dream we were boarding the ship and I was meeting you all in person and we were just hugging away whether that will happen or you all will RUN from Terrie and I and our hugginess is yet to be seen!!!

I was glad to see that the consensus is we all seem to be huggers No one came out and said they would when it comes to hugs. I figure we gave them fair warning to let us know if they are not huggers. I did promise to keep my Latina side in check and not give kisses on the cheek to people I have just met since that is what we do in our culture Unless of course I discover that doing that would totally freak out, oh say...Canadians Then there is one Canadian I would take great pleasure in seeing horror stricken

Good Morning! I see a few people are up bright & early. Ian, is up to his "torturing" again.

I have not even started to put together my FE gifts but I think I know what I am going to do which is a start. I have started putting some clothes aside for the trip. And, I did get something to wear for pirate night. I did not want to wear the same thing that I wore last year which was just a black skirt, white shirt, and red bandana since we will be taking another group picture. I did not want people to think that I was just photoshopped in to this year's picture.

Im a practical joker and enjoy making people laff, but if i get caught off guard I become speechless and cant come up with a response. Usually i start laffing myself and the gears in my head start to turn.

Good Morning!!!

Debbie and Christine congrats!!!

I am such a baby I HAVE to go to bed. Plus we moved DSis yesterday in 95 degree weather with humidity!!! So I came home at 7pm nad jumped in the pool - then sat onthe deck with my parents and had a beer!!! which just added to the tiredness!!! We are so funny we have had a pool for a week and a deck for 4 days and we do NOTHING else!!!

It's good to hear you are enjoying your pool so much. And you are getting your money's worth by using your pool and deck every day!


There's quite a few of us on here this morning! GOOD MORNING!!! I can't stay on too long...gotta start getting ready for the bridal shower (I am going early to help set up). It's finally raining here, of all days, a Saturday! They've been calling for rain EVERY day this week. I guess they figure it will eventually rain and they'll have a correct forecast at least once.

So if you don't use chlorine then what kind of chemicals do you use? We use Bacquacil (sp) in our pool. I was just wondering if there is something new out there to use. And isn't it nice to just go out on deck with a beer and relax around the pool. Gotta love it!
