Good morning. We bottled 47 bottles of wine last night. We have about that many more to do today. We made it last fall and it has been aging in the car boys. We had 2 5 gal car boys of white and 2 of pinot. My kitchen smells like a winery!

Very nice. I have a friend who makes wine. I've been thinking about getting into brewing, it's something that I've always been interested in.

So, should I make my fish extender big enough to hold a bottle of Mrs Mork 2007?

Gotta go open up the bottling plant too. The wine isn't too bad, but isn't remarkable either. The Last batch, '05, was better. We have bottles all over the kitchen.

I know that was my excuse this weekend for not being on here!! By the way, Harry Potter #7...I LOVE IT!!!!! So back to the Dis, we received our packet too!!! Now the only problem is trying to decide what/if excursions to do. My DW keeps saying the best excursion is free...a hammock and a cold drink. That's all she wants to do on the cruise is lay on the beaches. I don't know if we're going to do anything else. One or two of the island tours looks pretty neat. Suggestions?
