Just wanted to get the 1360 post to add to our post count. Only 640 more to go! Who's going to grab 2000?

At the rate we are going it will be the last person onboard the ship who gets to post number 2,000 .......

unless I spend most of my vacation posting :surfweb: :lmao:

Hi Everybody,

We are now on the 12/8 Eastern! We were originally on the 11/24 Eastern but DD15 may have the opportunity to participate in a dance competition in Germany the week of Thanksgiving so we moved things around a bit.

DD15 would love to email with some other teens on this sailing. DS12 is happy to make friends once onboard but if anybody is looking for a buddy to communicate with ahead of the cruise he'd be game.

Our party is me43, DH42, DD15 and DS12. We've sailed DCL before and can't wait to get back aboard the Magic (we're actually doing a back-to-back with the 12/1 Western).

I can't believe we're only about three months out. We'll all be onboard before you know it!

Michele

Dennis is working between home and my work today (at a Costco) with hours similiar to mine so we got to ride in together today. That is a treat for us, another hour and a half together!

Welcome Michele and Family!

This thread is picking up! We're getting new cruisers each day. :cool1:

:cool1: :hourglass Waiting for the sound of our vacation to begin ("When You Wish Upon A Star") on the Magic and adding to our posts!

Does your husband work for Costco? Bill and the kids can't get enough of the freshly-made pizzas from Costco. They had a great sale here two weekends ago ($6.99 for a large one topping!).

Welcome to the crew! :thumbsup2

We did a back to back a couple of years ago and it was great :thumbsup2 The only bad thing now is that you have to get off the ship for awhile between cruise. When we went they let us stay onboard but away from the cabin areas.

We just got a new digital camera (Samsung). It works "okay". I guess I just need to get use to it.

You can take good photos with almost any camera. I teach a class sometimes on how to take better photographs and I give each person a disposable camera to use. The lesson is that even the cheapest camera can take good photographs when you develop your eye for photographs.

Expensive cameras are only as good as the eye behind it.

:welcome:

Hi Michele!
Do you live in Europe? My DD9 and I are living in Belgium at the moment.

My DB, DSIL and DNephew14 will be traveling with us. As well as my DSister and her friend. This will be the first time that the 3 of us "kids" have taken a vacation together since we traveled with our parents, so we are really excited.

Did you want to join in the Secret Santa Fish Extender activity? If so, just post your first names and cabin number and I'll update the blog for our sailing (see the link in my signature for ALL the info).

Also let me know if you want to join the Palo brunch. I THINK I can add more people to your request, but will need your cabin number.

 What is everyone else looking forward to on the cruise??????????????????

Spending time with family :grouphug:
Deck parties :woohoo:
Family parties and game shows with DD in Studio Sea:dance3:
Castaway Cay :beach:
High School Musical 2 :happytv:
American hot dogs and hamburgers popcorn::
Rockin Bar D (was too tired on the Med cruise most nights)
Finally dining in Palo :cake:

And of course....meeting all my new DIS friends: party:

He is a pharmacist and works for an agency now so he works for everyone. Wed was Walmart, yesterday Costco (he loves working there and getting samples for lunch :rotfl: ), today he is at Safeway.

HAH!! So, 'splain to me why DrHug always needs just one more camera for better photos???:confused3
