Am I the only one who can't stand that "airplane" smell? Even clean stuff smells yucky to me after a flight.

No, I wash everything too. This way I don't feel so bad about bringing home all those dirty clothes!

Ok.. so I HAD to tell everyone!!! Robby got an email this morning and he was chosen to be one of the ones hosting a DCL party on January 26th!!!!! I am SOOOO EXCITED!!! PARTY AT OUR PLACE AND EVERYONE'S INVITED!!!!! Has anyone else heard if they got it or not??

We have been trying in figure it out since day 3 of our cruise...so far our only suggestions have been a room host with a sense of humor, or a mutated towel swan.

It looks oddly like the Loch Ness Monster!

Did anyone see how much gas was on St. Maarten ($5 A GALLON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)? That is crazy.

Gas in Belgium is around 1.50 Euro per liter which is around $10/gallon with the current exchange rate! Luckily I am able to buy gas cards at NATO for a fraction of the cost.

DS loves to cook.. He is in a Vocational Class with ALL "Older" women.. ok by 6 months - 3 years older, not including his Teacher.. but still.. They have been hounding him to try his Pasta so he made a Big batch last night but didn't want to carry it around or forget it in his locker at school so he asked for me to drop it off at 11 when he gets to Vocational..

He makes the best Japanese style fried rice as well

The girls and the teacher Loved his Pasta.. He was so proud to show me the empty, yet unwashed bowl...

Now if I could only get him to Clean his room and do He would be THE Best Catch for any woman..

Stacy, if he cooks he doesn't have to clean and do laundry!

When I was filling your stocking the lady across from your room was not to happy about me putting stuff in your stocking. She told her husband, good god how many people are going to put stuff in that stocking. I turned and and said a whole lot.
Everyone else I passed said it was such a neat idea and that they would want to participate next holiday so naturally I said DISboards.com

What a scrooge! Everyone who saw us putting stuff in the stockings smiled at us. On the last day I had some extras, so I went around and added some more stuff to random stockings. I also passed a stocking made by a Marine family from Camp Lejeune. So of course I put some candy and pens in their stocking.

Thanks to everyone for all the gifts. We also loved the Minnie ears - thanks Bill and Jennifer! At MVMCP Jasmine had her Santa hat, so she let me wear the Minnie ears.

We also had Roberto for our group brunch and requested him for dinner. He really was good at his job. We had and extra appetizer to share "because he wanted us to try it", and extra entree of pasta "because he wanted us to try it" and an extra dessert "because he wanted us to try it." My, my....I was stuffed!!

We also had Roberto both times. When he kept bringing all the food, my sister said "are you trying to kill us?" He replied "I'm trying to make you love me." I told him "that happened after the appetizer." I mentioned his name on my comment card. He was awesome!

Yes, you po'ed the lady with the LOUD LOUD HORRIBLE KIDS!! Thank you!!

You should've let us know about her, and we'd have made more trips down there!

Are we bad parents because our kids yell it out everytime they see the sign and beg to go there?

I think the jet lag has finally caught up to us. Today was supposed to be Jasmine's last day at school, but we slept in until 1:30pm!

We're definitely taking it easy today, and then this weekend I'll get to the suitcases.

Until I saw that photo posted, I think that was the most green lanyards I saw all cruise. I kept seeing one person wearing one but no more. Lots of the Castaway Club ones though. We saw two decorated doors too but no more.

Im enjoying seeing everyones pictures! I was pretty woozy most of the cruise so my pictures are kind of limited so its great to get some of those group pictures!
We couldn't of been happier with DCL for our wedding/honeymoon and as a vacation. We both felt so spoiled once we got home, but i think i feel a bit homesick for our cabin, which turned out to be great. Much better than what i expected for an inside cabin. Although i was imagining something like the steerage class in Titanic.

Jasmine says you look "so pretty" in your wedding dress. She also thinks the towel animal is a dinosaur. (I agree with her on both counts. )
