I would wash the Pillow cases Before bringing them.. This way any extra fabric coloring will be washed away and not stain you DD jammies also I think they may tell you on the Fabric Pen to Prewash as well... Might make the Pen show up better.. Oh and, from experience, Sharpies bleed when washed on certain fabrics..
I got some nice glitter fabric pens at Hobby Lobby. I read up thread about your ast. manager getting into a car wreck. Hope she is ok. I sure hope they do not try to get you to come in while you are on your cruise. I picked up six off-white vanilla pillow cases from Walmart while getting DH's scrip. I wonder if there is a limit to the number you can turn in. We have some neighbors who celebrate Christmas and we are going to give four to each of their kids and give DD the other two. Do you think I can do that or should I turn in three and DH turn in the other.

DH is being his usual baby self , so I got him all tucked in and DD tucked in and read to. DH is medicated and snoozing away and I am about to watch my show tonight. I sure hope I don't get it. DH had a dentist appointment tomorrow and as soon as he took his temp, he called and rescheduled. On the card he wrote DEC 6, 8:45.

I said, "Well we will have fun at WDW without you then!!!" :rotfl2: I need to call and reschedule that one in the morning.

Sorry! I totally didn't mean to cause "passport freakout". According to the State Dept., you currently DO NOT need a passport, as long as you are a US citizen departing and returning to the US.

...and to answer your questions, if, for some reason you come back on something *other* than the ship (helicopter, canoe, wild dolphin) then you might have some problems...(but again, if you aren't coming back on the ship, then passports are the least of your worries)

Again, apologize for the firedrill.

But what if you have to get flown back from out of the country???
There are humanitarian ways of getting a waiver for a passport in an emergency. I just would rather not deal with that if there was an emergency. I also posted upthread that if there was one, we don't want to know about it.

DD loves hers and always wants to carry it through airports and is proud to show it off. She has changed so much, but we do not need to get a new one until 2009. We had it for her for our first cruise though.

Ryan (1) got hurt today pretty bad. He fell on our playground while running and hit his cheek and nose on a wooden step. I took him to the ER. Nothing broken, he might have fractured his nose, but Dr said it's hard to tell with him so young, and there's no treatment for it anyway. I'm uploading a couple of quick pics I just took.
Poor baby. He is a cutie. What a traumatic thing for both of ya'll. :goodvibes to you both.

EXACTLY why my 4 month old has her passport.

DD got her passport when she was 4 months!! It's the CUTEST picture ever! (Although it was difficult to take...DH had to hold her up and his hands couldn't be in the picture!)

Although the passport procedure is annoying and expensive...it's so much easier for travel. If you live near a passport facility (Washington, DC, etc) you don't have to expedite...you can GO to the facility and wait in line (exactly what you pay the expediter for!)

There is a DVD series called "Signing Time" which teaches kids and adults how to use sign language. DD was invited to fly to SLC to appear at a taping for "Baby Signing Time" as she her first sign was "MILK" at six months and knew about 100 signs at that time.

The day before the shoot, DH and I were swinging her carrying her through a parking lot and we accidentally let her go. Oh my goodness, she face planted and slid about 10 inches across the pavement. We felt horrible, but there was no lasting damage. She ended up making it to the shoot and you can see her if you have Baby Signing Time VOL 1.

It was an experience, but it was a while before she asked us to "Swing".

Then there was that time DH was throwing her up and down in the house and didn't notice the ceiling fan above his head.

Jason:

:sad1: I'm sorry to hear about your son. Even with all the boo boos, he's still a cutie. I hope he feels better soon. :goodvibes They are so resilient at this age. I know he is almost two, let the fun begin! ;) I am sure his big brothers are showing him the ropes.

Our DS2 has a "force" that runs him into walls and corners. Just when he heals from one injury, he gets another. This age is very dangerous. They are daring and have no fears and NEVER look where they are going. In addition to "Terrible Two's", it should be called "Tumbling Two's". :upsidedow

Poor Ryan! Even with a purplish nose...he's a *cutie*!

I bet you are more tramautized than he is!

My DD looks different even from the picture 1 1/2 months ago. She's getting so chunky since we've had to add the rice cereal to the bottle for the Reflux. Today I was told she looks like the Gerber baby so I guess that's a good thing.

We had to give DS2 the special Enfamil formula (in the pink container) because he would spit up so much. It worked great! :thumbsup2

When this happens to me I say "Guess I'm not going to get the Parent of the Year award"

IMO everyone is a Parent of the Year that helps make sure that their kids stay healthy and teach them right from wrong. Everything else is gravy at that point. :)
