Sure I and my DH would love to come to the meet & greet if it is not too cold. It is on deck 10, right? I am Martha and my DH is Harvey. I am the Disney obsessed one in the family.

I know I am going to call people their screen names when I first meet them out of habit. It is going to be so funny. If others (Non DISers) overhear us onboard, they really will thinks we are a "cult" or some crazy organization fascinated with the color green!

I don't think Bill (DH) will be online much today. He IMd me a little while ago during a break writing that they had to close their laptops during their class today. I guess the instructor caught on to their IMs. So, he has to actually pay attention today.

You sound like us. I already have a section of the office piled up with things to be packed for the cruise. I have the magnets already created in the computer. However, I am waiting until the week before to print them. DS2 has a habit of getting into everything and would probably crush them.

That is too funny! I always have trouble remembering names...screen names or real names. I seem to remember screen names better though. So feel free to call me ragdoll or "rags" as a DIS member we have cruise twice with does.

FYI- Don't mix Ambien w/alcohol. Unless you were just joking. I have an Ambien prescription. As I think everyone on here knows by now. I know we didn't get along in the past. But, I'd hate for something to happen to you physically.

Absolutely correct, Jennifer. DrHug is a pharmacist and I just confirmed with him do not EVER mix Ambien and alcohol.....unless you don't really care if you wake up or not....I too hope Amber was kidding.

I have started to put outfits together to see what I have for the cruise. That way, I know if I need to go out and buy a few new pieces. Bill did say I could buy a new dress for formal night. Now I just need to find the time to go shopping without It is not fun having all three kids in the dressing room. Pure chaos.

We were part of a chat group with our cruise last year. But, we never got together. Everyone had their own itineraries planned. However, it was fun getting excited with them for the cruise. I am glad this thread is so open to actually meeting.

This is the first "meet" thread I've participated in though I was posting on the Dis before both our other cruises. I'd looked at the meet board before but they really need to standardize it or something. It was just too much of a mess for me to find out sailing dates and I didn't have the free time like I do now to keep up with it anyway.

In any case, on our second cruise, one of the couples seated with us at dinner were Dis'ers. I'd been on the Dis for 5 years by then and vaguely remembered seeing their name once or twice on the boards, but we certainly hadn't asked to be seated together or anything. Small world and big Dis

I met so many wonderful dis friends on my last cruise. It was so much fun. One especially is from Texas. We hit it right off.

Thanks for the concern MrsMork, but I was not kidding. One drink and Ambien is not going to kill me, if anything it helps slow my insomnia filled mind down enough so I can fall asleep. I still have woken up so far.
