We're headed out the door to go to WDW for a couple days - we just decided to go last night. Even though we have annual passes and can go "anytime", it is still a 3 hour drive and still a treat! :) Our budget can only handle so many trips - the cost of gas, hotels and eating, you know.

I can't wait to see Mickey and the fireworks - it just never gets old does it?!? pixiedust:

Everyone have a GREAT weekend!

Only 5 weeks until we cruise!

Good for you, have a great time!!

Well actually we live with them, I figured why am I paying over $1,000 a month for rent, phone, cable, water, electricity...etc. when they would come over everyday after work stay until the boys went to sleep and sleep over on the weekends......so with the money I am saving we get to go to WDW every year now and my parents are in heaven. It took them 4yrs to do it but they finally won and now everyone is happy.
They love taking care of their mommy but they kept telling me I need to get a shot to make me feel better...

It used to be the "norm" for multiple generations to share a family home. I think it is a great idea to pool resources (both financial and child rearing), especially with the cost of all things now. :thumbsup2

Sounds perfect to me.:thumbsup2

Better keep the boys away from anything they could use as a "shot", or sleep with one eye open. :rotfl: :rotfl:

I am still trying to figure out where I left off.........
note to self when you log off write what page your last post was on.:thumbsup2

When you are on the page that lists the threads and you find this thread, there should be a little blue check mark at the left of the name of the thread. Click on that and it should take you to the last post you read. :surfweb: :thumbsup2

The funny thing is that now that we live with my parents I never see them :lmao: They go out all of the time....drive over an hour each way to have dinner, go to the movies.... gone for the weekends that we don't have shows. If I would have known that I just needed to move in to actually have time to ourselves I would have moved in yrs ago. :rotfl:

Ooohh, my allergies are just as bad. My teeth hurt and when I drink something cold, it freezes the gunk in my sinuses and my whole face hurts! Hope that wasn't TMI!:scared: I'm currently taking prescription meds twice a day, a spray once a day and weekly shots. It has made a difference since I started it all, so I'm pleased. :)

When I was in college I used to get this steroid shot every semester and it was the best thing ever. I've done the weekly shots when I was in high school but I finally became immune to those too and I was taking the highest amount so the doc said to just quit because it was really hurting my arms and it was not helping me at all just messing with my performance as a flag. No matter what I take it really doesn't help any, I just have to tough it out and try to keep myself away from things that make mine act up which is really hard to do since I am allergic to almost any tree and with two little ones we are always outside, except for today they are inside watching :happytv: because I just can't handle going outside right now.

I won in the "Funniest" and "Most Disney" catagories. Sadly i found out after i left work so i couldnt go claim my prizes. I will probably be disapointed because in my head i am imagining a gift basket with a giant mickey plush, gift cards, etc. Still...a prize is still a prize!:woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:
Disney shopping has their pumpkin carving kits on sale for 5 dollars! I ordered my suitcases Tuesday, and they arrived today!!!!:cheer2:
