Couldn't resist... Anytime we say something like that to our son, he repeats it back as fast as you say it.. Now, we have to choose our wording better so he can't do it..

I have a friend who does stuff like that. Drives me batty. If I ask "How'd you sleep last night?" I get "In a bed." So now I have to ask "Did you sleep well last night?" I've developed a whole new vernacular for this person. I feel like Yoda sometimes. "Sleep well, in the bed, did you?"

Anyway, back to the cruise. I'd also read another thread where people ship boxes ahead to the warehouse at the port that stores stuff for Disney and they'll deliver the boxes to your room. I was thinking I might do that for some stuff too. Like the SS gifts, cheap beach floats, etc. I guess I'll wait till closer to the time and see how much space all that kinda stuff would take up.

Can you tell I'm adverse to packing a lot? I've just gotten so used to carryon only, that it bugs me. I guess it really shouldn't considering we hardly even touch the stuff. Especially since we're using Disney transfers. But hey, those 12 steps from the front door to the cab are annoying.

We are trying to make it so that DH & I will NEVER have to fly from NJ to Orlando with a Checked in Suitcase again..

DH said he is going to drive to Florida for Thanksgiving Not sure why except his office will be closed cause he always gives his employees those days off.. But.. I ... working in Retail at BAB can't take off for Black Friday so I won't be going with him..

He is planning on getting the Furniture put together Before we get down there in December So we will have Real beds and not Mattresses on Boxsprings on the floor.. Not that ours isn't comfy as is.. But.. Ok..

So funny. I remember when I was younger and one of my friends had a baby. She was 20 and I was 19 and we had all these high, moral ideas about how we'd never lie to our children and we'd raise them to be logical people.

By the time her daughter was 3, a lie would roll out of her mouth so easily it was scary. It was easier to tell her that they didn't make Reese's Cups anymore than to fight with her about why she couldn't have one.

Now I think she messes with her mind just cause it's fun. Of course, that child is 15 now, so, you know... it kinda is fun.

My FIL told my niece the toy was broken when all he did was remove the batteries so it would shut up Well, we forgot all about it, but she didn't and She even asked Santa Clause for a new one We never understood why she wanted a new one when she had one and she said, cause Poppy said it was broken..

Oh and the new Polar Bear comes out in 2 days I'm gonna hide one in the back with my wish list and Buy it all on our Double Discount days
