You have to have a group of min. 12, max 14. I have the number that you fax all the names to. I would think you could send a request, if you have 12, and just request any available brunch time. I'm sure you could request dinner as well.

I don't think we'll be doing Palo this time. DH doesn't want another thing on the schedule and I'm willing to go with that since he works too much as it is. If he just relaxes some, I'll be happy.

You've mentioned having to go pick up these pieces. Do they help you load/unload them? Do they send someone with you to your house to help you carry it all in? If not, I'd be cruising the local college to find some nice, strong, young men for some help. That's a lot of furniture....

We just found out one of DH's cousins is pregnant with her first now. He actually said something like "If we got pregnant now, they'd be about the same age." He's usually not the one bringing it up.

DH & DS will be doing it this time.. And we are in luck, DH's Cousin will be in town and he offered to help too..

The items come in pieces.. Headboard, Footboard, Rails, = 3 pieces
Table & Chairs = 5 pieces

Last time to pick up the 11 pieces of Mattresses & Boxsprings, it was DH and his Friend

I've never been to the Direct Buy in Florida for the Pick Up so I'm not sure if they help you load the truck or not.. We rent a moving truck from Budget because our HHR wouldn't fit much..

Hi to all-

I just found this board a week ago and just booked this cruise about a month ago. No I haven't read all the messages but I wanted to say hi. First cruise for our family so I'm trying to gather all the tips I can. Trip is a surprize for our DD so kinda doing info gathering quietly. If you have tips any and all would be helpful. Traveling with an infant so it should be interesting.

I'm just checking in before I head out the door for work. I had to get up early to move some stuff that blew around in my yard last night, so I'm ready early for a change.

I'm going to spend this weekend making a cummerbund and bow tie for Jim's tuxedo for formal night. Of course, I have to run out and buy the fabric, but I did get the pattern last weekend. I want to make him a Christmas set, and make a matching wrap for my dress. This will make a wonderful formal picture of the two of us, and possibly a nice Christmas gift for his parents.

Well, it's off to work! I'll check in later. My boss will be out of the office most of the day at a conference, along with my secretary, so I should have some "DIS" time!

I can tell that it's getting closer to cruise time because I just made the DIS my home page in Firefox so I don't waste any time getting where I want to be!

In my Finance Department we have had three babies born in the past year. Now my secretary and a clerk are presgnant.

My wife is not allowed in my department!

Our HR Director did move her nameplate to one of our empty cubicles to see if that would help her.

Honestly, you guys need to slow down!: Last night I laid out all of my Secret Santa goodies and took inventory, so I know exactly what I have (I've been chucking stuff into a plastic bag to keep it all together).
