Well I almost fell asleep in my meeting this morning - stayed up too late chasing that .

I'm using my little blue light at lunchtime for a pick-me-up. We start back again at 2pm, and if we're lucky will be done by 6pm.

Luckily the girls are pretty self sufficient. I told them they can watch a movie AFTER they pick up their rooms and bathrooms. I told them if the house isn't in "inspection order" (they are both military brats) when I come home then no more TV the rest of the night!

I made a decision about DD's homework. 45 minutes a night. And whatever we don't finish we will save until the weekend. I think she'll actually get most of her work done if she knows she won't have to do it all night. The teacher doesn't mark off for late work, but when its turned in it has to be perfect. So I told DD we may just turn in all her work on Mondays from the previous week.

Such a shame to go back to Bed, but I need to get a little more sleep in.

I am so jealous of you right now! All I want to do is curl up under my desk and go to sleep!

My new Disney job starts saturday and my shift is 6am - 2:30 pm so i have started getting up at 4:30 to get used to the scedule.

We aren't cigar or congac people, (i have asthma and can't be around smoke of any kind)...but i do hear the art auction has free cosmos!


Is the auction disney art? I just spent way too much on a bunch of framed pin sets at the pin celebration in september....but one can never have too much disney art!

Eeeeek! I bet the MK ride stuff went for alot! Although i would love something from Mr. Toad's Wild Ride (r.i.p. )

Thank you for asking. He told me he was going back to work today, he needs to stay busy and keep his mind occupied. Saturday, the day of the service, would have been her birthday and today is his birthday. I have to remember to call him tonight as I know this will be a tough day for him.

I'm glad my DW doesn't get seasick. I wouldn't be happy to have to cruise by myself. I'd do it but I wouldn't be happy about it.

Emi We are also doing a Cigar and Conac meeting while onboard.. Time & Day will be in your Personal Navagator when DCL holds it..

While my DW won't be interested, I hope to attend that one.

And we are hosting a Dis' friendly game of Shuffleboard too

Hmmm, do we need a DIS Shuffleboard Tourney during the cruise? Couples tourney? Kid's tourney?

Why do I get an image in my head of the Seinfeld episode where George has his desk customized where he can sleep under it.

Well after reading another thread about the price of the CAT 12, I just booked it for DH & I, sans kids (a REAL vacation).

I just hope I can get a Brunch ressie at Palo's when I get onboard.

Good morning, all! I'm in my office and I've already solved the early problems. I have just a few minutes tocatch up here before the next crisis will hit my desk.

Welcome, Joisey Mom! Where are you from in "Joisey"? There are already at least two other Jersey girls here--pfishgirl from Ocean County and me from Long Branch.

We're a fun group, and can't wait for this cruise! Somebody described me as "effervescent" the other day. Unfortunately, that was right in the middle of a very serious business meeting, and I really wasn't doing anything out of the ordinary, just chatting with the people on either side of me!

OK, to recap our interests: Jim and I are definitely in for shuffleboard (not very good at it, but like to play), definitely out for cigars and cognac (can't be around the smoke), in for photo shoots and willing to take some of those pictures, and in for all kinds other fun stuff.

Well, the next crisis has landed on my desk, so I'm off to save the city yet again!

Welcome! We booked less than a month ago, but so many people are signing up still I'm starting to feel like a long-timer. (We got that deal too, otherwise we'd be on the 4 nt Wonder on Dec 9. ) There is a summary page which someone else has probably linked by now; the size of this thread is rather daunting!

With Everyone going to 12 GTY, I'm thinking maybe we should change ourselves and save a bunch of money too.. I mean Disney will make in back on DH's first trip to the store for Pins anyway..

But then I'm thinking maybe with all of you GTY it will give us in the Category 8 a chance for an upgrade.. That would be such a Great surprise..
