Brack that shuttle shot is amazing. I figure, we've got at least 2 days' grace at this point, Thursday's good, Friday's good, Saturday's also good...

If it is a day launch then a great spot would be the upper decks of the Magic. :thumbsup2

We'll have to wait and see.

It's been a nice day. JoJo and I slept in. We watched a little TV :happytv: , I DISed a little :surfweb: and we ate a little popcorn:: . JoJo got his normal food and I ate leftovers I don't really cook when DW is away. Maybe I'll cook some grits but that is about all I'll do. I know it's sad but I hate to cook just for me. :guilty:

One of the things I did do today was to complete all of my cruise documents online. So now all I have to do is sign the contract and take it with me to check in.

I looked at some of the excursions but I'll wait until DW returns to really book any. We might just do a walking tour of the ports rather than an organized tour. That will give me more opportunity for different photographs.

I also saw them in the craft/sewing section of Wal Mart, if you didn't find them already, Julie.

Thanks! There's two things I hate about LA... the traffic, and the lack of Wal-marts. I'm a girl who grew up with a Wal-mart right in the middle of town, so to get out here is like culture shock. The closest two are 15 miles in one direction and 20 miles in the other direction. And then there's the traffic to get to either one.

And the closest Super Walmart is about 30 miles... in the Valley. I miss my one-stop-shopping :sad2: So, yeah, I only get to Wal-mart about once a month. I'm making myself wait till November 1 for the next trip in the hopes of getting some deals on post-Halloween stuff.

I miss Wal-Mart :sad1:

*Warning* Mushy & May Cause Tears*

This is a Post to ALL of you :grouphug:

I would really like to Thank each and every one of you for the kind words and praise for my Son and me as a Mom :sad1:

It wasn't always this easy.. Well yes. he was, he is laid back like me.. But prior to Andy (DH) my DS & I went through some rough patches with his Bio Father.. He was, well IS an alcoholic who liked to show his "authority" and we had more then 1 police officer to our house to control him..

At one point DS was so afraid his father would hurt him next that he was having nightmares and walking in his sleep.. :guilty:

DS & I have been with Andy for almost 9 years now.. Andy adopted him as his own a year after we married :goodvibes

DS's Bio Father look at it as a way to get out of the $35,000 in back child and spousal support he owed us.. :sad2: which really hurt that he could put a price tag on his son.. but.. at least That chapter had finally ended..

DS is an honor roll student and Loves to help people. He is a Volunteer First Aider & he also is a Peer Leadership volunteer for tweens who run away due to abuse & neglect.. He helps collect donations for the Children's center of food, clothes, toys, money whatever he can and DH & I am VERY very proud of him

Ok so before I start to blubber over here I just wanted to again Thank each of you for your thoughts, praise & kind words...

I can't wait to meet you ALL in December !!! :cheer2:

Sounds like you have a great son, and have done your best to raise him. Jacob (14), is my step son, I met Cindy when he was a little over 1 year old. He and his father went through some rough stuff up until about 4 years ago, but his dad has improved. Jacob has always called me Dad and his Bio Dad "Bruce Dad". And neither Cindy nor I have ever told him to call me dad. We've got a great relationship with each other, and I have a lot of respect for him and hopes for his future.

Thanks for sharing!

We lived in Oklahoma for almost 7 years and Super WalMarts are everywhere. There are not many in the Baltimore area. :confused3

I miss them too. :sad2:
